You must not be a fighter.
You are not in the jungle a snake or a tiger.
You are not in the water a shark.
You must not swim in the cold in the dark.
You are not a little animal who must crawl or go.
Just let it flow...
 
You must no longer go around,
You can not find "it" in outerground.
Stand still...
and feel what you really need and will.
 
You must nothing think, say or do,
but look deep into the truth,
deep in calmness in the heart of you.
 
Look in you, look behind,
have no fear, trust and go inside,
their you can find "it", their is a door,
behind this is all what you searched so long before.
 
Go away from so mutch things.
Go in love in your heart and find your wings,
and than fly,
because you ar really a butterfly.
 
Fly and feel free...
Fly in the nature, fly to an old tree...
United yourself in love, secure and harmony,
with the all comprehensive, wisdoms energy
and than fly...
fly in your new live, fly in the sky...
