Oh Emilie, great, and thank you for your invitation, allthough at the moment my chance to trawel to Spain =less than zerow.

What did you eat in Budapest?
Do you remember?

Hungarian dishes are quite spicy, and (with forigners' taste also) yummy, delicious.
Okay, our basic cuisine isn't the most healthy, but reforming it exists here too nowadays.

The basic, mayn caracters of hungarian cuisine are: onion, garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper, oh and fat, but it has turned to oil rather for now.

Yeah, it is a yummie meal, my sis cooks it fantasticly, and my mom did, too.

and my fav bulgarian meals are: (sorry for the incorrect spellings), but: sobszka, (my sis often made it for dinner when we were teenagers, always after our holidays in Bulgaria), csevavcse, bulgarian sheepcheeses, and cottagecheeses, and the special kind of bulgarian yoghurt. :)

Awww, it`s so sweet to read that you really know so typical Bulgarian meals    I promise, I`ll cook you each of it, just find a case to visit Bulgaria 8)

I`ve tried just Gulyas, cause.. gosh.. in Hungary is very very expensive, so it was one of the few and cheapest things we could afford. And even though I`m not so into soups, I really liked it.

Hey, it`s Friday today! Tomorrow we`ll have a party with my female collegues at home - wine, sallads.. something like sex and the city gahthering

I can't remember the names of the dishes I ate in Budapest but it had some meat (I imagine beef), it was a kind of stew. It's true that it was quiet spicy but I usually like the dishes that are spicy  In fact I don't like to eat something that doesn't taste anything in special :)

Kadra, I bet, you was taken to a typically expensive restaurant.
You can find places to eat in Hungary, which are cultured, nice, and not too expensive with great meals, just a kind of local knowledge is necessary to it.
If you are in Hungary the next time, just let me know, and you will have a hungarian guide, (Luky, or another hungarian Foser in Budapest), my self in my hometown. :)
Emilie, you might eat beefstew/marhapörkölt/, yummy!

Hey Curry, have a fantastic party, and have much wine, and hey, will be ready of accepting, and reading your text-messages about anything. :D

I've been busied myself with reading for the past few days, now finishing Lesley Pearse - Gypsy. I wonder which books I should leaf through next  and no, I'm not a big fan of Euro '12 in any sense.

Hey, friday will be perfect for an online party for me, too.

Kateee, I will be happy with something really greek sweet if I can give you my advise.
I will have something hungarian for everyone in Munich.

Phuong, what about George Eliot?
In my opinion, you will like her novels, she was so classic, typical British, I am really fascinated of her novels.
Yeah, I didn't make any mistake by her name, he was she indeed with her artistic name as George. :)

Thanks for the recommendation, Gabi :)
I just finished Gypsy this afternoon and now got hooked up by Wuthering Heights. Have just leafed through several pages, though I have the ambition to finish it, then "Les Misérables" [I was especially reminded to pay attention to Javert]
