now I know who I can call when there's again snow in front of my house. Just kidding. Just as Tom said, having a walk in the snow can be a very nice experience, even when it's very cold (about -10°C, when Galya is lying in a bikini at the beach). The problem is first the moisture in the air and the wind. Without wind you can easily stand temperatures of -20°C or less. But when there is wind the heat of your body is taken away by convection and you become cold, quite fast.

I remember as a teen i had to walk 2 times in at least 3 feet of snow ..

So you guys are talking about me behind my back?! Don't even think that you can get away with it!

Adriana, I'm sorry for not showing up. I'm splitting my time between work and exams.. and I also got addicted to anime. Those Japanese.. they have some really nice anime series. So I'm considering taking up Japanese language. I might as well do it, since I can already discern some words.

So , tell me Galya .... how bad are you behaving ?

Oh well, I miss you and when I fail to catch up with you guys for some time ( and even in FB ) I become nostalgic .

Studying Japanese ... what a great choice !! :P I learnt some words just by following Naruto .

Anime , yes ,I like some of it.. what are you watching ?? I had followed a few with Ivan ...
Not so long ago I watched this one "wolf`s rain" . Sadly, some people in the states are making it real .
I hate those who hunts and use trapps so badly !. I can barely support sharing the world with them ....

If it wasn't for you, Adriana, I wouldn't know that something's going on here in my absence.

Yep, I'm watching Naruto too. :D But I don't quite like the image there. It's way better in Rurouni Kenshin.

The only seasons I hate are autumn and spring...
Summer is my fave time without doubt..especially at night in the sea with a can of beer in the hand and watching the fire on the beach 8) I miss summer :(
And I like white winter. When it's about -5..-10 degrees (by Celsius), and sunny day without clouds and wind. Yep, it's so pleasant to walk on the snow and u r not feeling cold at all... But it's a nightmare when there's a humid strong wind even with temperature over zero, bbbbrrrrr

Btw, I studied japanese for about a year at japanese centre. Watasi wa Inna des
(Ah, sorry, I've to say I HATE anime, the only 2 japanese cartoons I watched was about Willy Fog and bee Maja  )

That's all for the last themes discussed :D

I always thought that rap is a part of hip hop life style. I mean that for me hip hop is a combination of rap music, break dance, graffiti and so on. So, I dunno how it could be rap AND hip hop.

You're gonna hate me so much now... :D
I'm watching an anime that mostly has hip hop as the soundtrack. But to defend myself I have to say that the story and the drawing is superb. The realities of Edo era are mixed with modern bits. It may sound worse than it looks. Trust me. Just search for "Samurai Champloo".

Well, I don't like japanese cartoons for their way of drawing.. Those huge heads with huge eyes, angular bodies and faces. And they always look like nervous and their faces r shaking (or vibrating, dunno how to say it better) with drops of sweat on the temples.

That's the only way they can show emotions in anime. Still, there are many artists and they all draw differently. If Sailor Moon looks terrifying, it doesn't mean that all anime looks like it.

For me they exactly look the same. U won't ever mistake if the cartoon is drawn in anime style or not. And their way to "show emotions" r too anxious. For example I don't like western movies coz most of personages (cowboys usually) r too dirty, always drunk (or not drunk but dirty all the same). Как примерно фильмы про русскую деревню, где мужики все грязные, небритые с сальными волосами и от них прям с телевизора разит перегаром.
Well, I prefer to watch idiotic looney tunes with Sylvester the cat than anime even if it could have an interesting story, that's the way of drawing that I cannot support.

Stereotyping and indistinguishable features are two different things. But oh well, sometimes male and female characters can be mixed up. So, yeah..
On the contrary, I cannot watch stupid cartoons.. I'm sorry to say, but that starfish Patrick just freaks me out.  Same to Dora The Explorer and her damned map.
