Please don't be sorry for my lose, he die doing what he belief in and allowing us the right to speak our opinion.

And as I told him, I am grieving for his and our loss!! He is a hero intop, I know that may sound a little dumb to say at this point as you are lost in sorrow, but someday you will see that he did what he loved and he died doing just that. Someday, you will see that what your brother did was for all of us and he will long be remembered!! God bless you my dear and there will be no more from me about any negativity to you.

YMWA yes Tanker the forum member was my big brother by only a couple of years.

Cristy it was I who had the negativity towards you and others who thought I was talking about them.

I just looking forward to seeing the boys play in Munich with my friends that we both share.

My brother was a 2 years my senior. He was very quiet family man with his family always coming first. He would give his shirt to someone more in need than him. I remember catching him playing the air guitar to "No One Like You" but he never to this day would admitted that his little brother caught him. He like other fathers on this forum took his kids to see the Scorpions which was their first ever show. His biggest dream for him was to see the Scorpions play in Geramny with his whole family came true back in 2010. He was looking forward to seeing them again in Munichen this December.

However this dream can't be complete but his family will be joining myself and his friends are making his dream come true for his family in December.

Someone on this fourm asked for a picture oof us sorry that can't happen due to the nature of our jobs it would put us and our co-workers at risk.

He enjoy life and play even harder.

Here is to you big brother:

Intop,
First of all, I deeply respect You´ve appologized to Cristy even in that worse days You are having now.

As an ancient soldier I know what it feels loosing a mate, un camerade, einen Freund. I never had a brother but in the regiment I was we´ve been brothers, straight to the motto: Freres pour la vie.
My best friend (brother) was killed Oct 25th 1983 in Beyrouth Lebanon by a Palestinian sniper so In know what You are suffering right now.

For Your brother: honneur et fidelité; Ruhe in Frieden Soldat.

To all FOS joining at HRC in Munich: let´s have a minute of silence due Intop´s brother that evening.

Ben

Thanks only a soldier can know what it is like to lose a close friend in combat. I have lost other close friends you never forget them. Nothing can be worst than attending a militray funeral they are by far the worst.

I know his family woud rather have all FOS either at HRC or at show have a goodtime and enjoy themselves. Many countries in the western world have a special day set aside to remember their fallen soldiers. If they wish to have minute of silence let it be for all who lost love ones during this year like both Tom and Klaus losing their mothers. There of course others that I don't know about.

Thanks just remember that life is to short to fight over anything, enjoy you time on this planet and listening to your favorite band

Intop,

As I have written in a PM to you, I am shocked of the tragedy of Tanker.
As Curry did,I also had a few PMs with him, he was a really nice, friendly guy.
Accept my condolences, and yes, I agree with Ben's suggestion about a min of silence in HRC. :(
Klaus-THE SPECIAL ONE,
Rudolf-THE WISE ONE,
Matthias-THE COOL ONE,
Pawe-THE SIMPLE ONE,
James-THE CRAZY ONE,

omg....I skipped this topic coz the last posts I've seen were full of negative, and you all know that I don't even participate in such empty arguings...but now I read about the tragedy with Tanker...gosh can't believe it...coz I also "crossed" with him a couple of times on forum ,and he was a nice guy..gosh..was..how fragile our life is...and yep, flyingvee, you said it right - there are more important things in our life than arguing over a band, or other minor empty arguings...
intop, pls accept my deepest condolences about this tragic loss...i'm lighting a candle for your senior bro and sending all the prayers to the God to keep him in a better place....may he rest in peace...

Ben - totally agree - we must have a minute of silence in HRC to honor the memory of Tanker for sure...
Best wishes, Nadya

It's great to be here, to see you all!

TO ALL

From my sister-in-law she wishs to thank everyone for their thoughts. She has expressed that to me that she would like for me to remain active ot this site for her. She is looking foreward to seeing the band in Munich play with her family but she and the kids ( teens) will not going to the HRC. Come the evening of December 17 it is time to celebrate life and to enjoy want life brings. If thous who go to the HRC want to have a minute of slience she wishs that it not be for her husband but for all who have lost someone close to them.

My sister-in-law and family are handling it very well. So for a while I'll be off this site and waiting for December to arrive.

oh God!!! what a shocking news I read here! tanker??
intop I send you my very deep condolences...it is a crazy world! usually movies that involves war victims and soldiers make m cry, so how about knowing on of those soldiers is a member with whom I've been sharing the same forum, and the same interest in a band...I also remember that he was going to be in Munich... :(
he will be in my prayers, and with this sad news, i think the condolences should also be sent to all my fellow FOSers, members of this forum, as we all lost him...how sad...none of us knew him in person, but we all feel concerned and it touches each one of us...

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about Tanker. I have been talking to him on and off and he was such a kind gentle soul that was just as crazy as I am in his travels to see the Scorpions.

We will raise a drink to him in Munich and remember him with smiles and laughter as we all meet and then go see the show. I think he would like that.

Such a shock. :(
