The truth is that it has been a long way to be here... but it was worth it

And about the invitation, trust me that I'll be very angry with you if you don't take it :mrgreen:

I don't know so much about Salamanca because it's just one month that we're living here but there are lots of places to visit and of course, with the university I'll see a lot of places in the city and hopefully I will be able to explain a lot about it.
For example last week we went to visit the most old building of the university and we were looking at medieval books. It was so interesting

I wish we could have stayed more time :mrgreen:

In the first semester I've so much free time... for example every friday I don't have any class

So, I've a 3 days week-end

Hi girls,I saw that you resurrected Adriana's topic, so I'll do my part to keep it going for her.

I haven't been on the forum for a long time due to lack of free time. I'm just back from a quick trip to Florida, :happy-sunny:

so this weekend will be dedicated to cleaning and decorating my house for Christmas, as well as wrapping all of the gifts that I've bought. :occasion-santa:

I also have two basketball games to attend later today. How are you spending your weekends?

Ha, ME playing basketball? Now that would be something that you would all really get a laugh out of - I am completely unathletic! My 12 year old son is on a travel basketball team, which takes up a lot of our time. And my older son plays on the high school tennis team in the spring, so you were kind of right about raising a racket.

They must get their athletic ability from their father because it certainly doesn't come from me!!!!

I won't attend the livestream, because I had to go through a little operation yesterday and despite its minorness it makes me very weak now.. Can't stay long at the computer but hopefully will drop in for some minutes.

Haha, I'm afraid you will have to wait a long time for that. It's very difficult to "gain back" how I could play before I stopped it. Such breaks are not good..

I also wonder how people manage studies+work. I know some too who study and work full time in the week. I guess you have to drop your standards then..unless you're a talent at multi-tasking? :mrgreen:

Studying and working , yeah , it is difficult , but wait to see how is it trying to study with a child ...I strongly suggest you young ladies try to finish your studies first

Fortunately, there's a little chance of me trying to experience this. Just a few months left.. Two weeks till the end of this semester.. I'm SO out of time with my papers.. :roll:
