Hey Fosers,

Me and Joanne have been discussing about something we should wear or.. whatever sign, so that we`ll all the some kind recognizable as "the forum members".

Last year we`ve made some T-Shirts, you remember and even though most of us were wearing them, we didn`t think of that it was cold/winter, plus sometimes the barriers are hiding the FOS + country signs (of the shorter ones, like me ).

So, this year the idea is to make a silk scarves such as (the middle ones):



They are not huge, you can put them in your bags or wherever, before entering. They are not very expensive to be made. But the best is, we can choose a certain song, during the whole show, so we cal all raise our scarves. I`ve made some projects with FOS, Scorpions sign, date,show,our names and countries. (may be we can throw them all on stage, later).

But I am writing here first, so that I`ll know IF/and how many would like to join. It is important to know some certain number, cause on that depends the price, as well. But, whatever happens, it won`t be more than 9-10 euro.

I know I am not in this, but I thot my idea of showing your individual countries flags was a great idea. ALSO, throwing things on stage is such a huge no no I can't even begin to tell you!!!! Sheesh ppl, think about it....these guys are running all over the place and if they trip on sthg you have thrown on stage and hurt themselves, my God!!! Not to mention, Matthias almost lost an eye cuz some moron threw a lighter for some unknown idiotic reason. I say when they are at the stage and finished with a song, to HAND them up instead.

One more thing....you are asking for money to have the convention and money to make scarves....I think pretty soon ppl are going to say I am going to just the concert and that's all!! just sayin.....

Cristy, I don`t know if you really read show reviews or watch pictures, but flags thing has been done before. As Brussels, for example. It`s not different or innovative at all... And it won`t make us recognizable somehow, cause many more ppl, not forum members will hold their flags too.

Secondly, didn`t know if you followed Brussels topic again, but last year, there was special FOS T-Shirts made. It was all up to people`s decision if they want to have such, if they want to make it by their own or order it. Nobody is persuaded to do anything.

About trowing things, it will be further discussed. As I said, till now, everything was just between me and Joanne, in private. But of course, you know how they`ll react, when they breath in and out and exactly how many eyelashes Matthias has on his left eye...

Finally, it can be part of the giftbags or it can be separated. Here, we just give some ideas, trying to make this show more unforgettable. I do not make things to sell it and make profit of it. I am just suggasting something, which is cheaper than T-Shirt, it will be easily viewed, it will be a perfect memory from that show. Sorry that my ideas are quite more different than writing with a red lisptick on my boob "BGRW". Yeah, that would be cheaper (in both meanings).

As I said, I realize I have no voice in this thing, but I am just giving my views. In this case, this show is so different and unique in one major aspect and that is there will be far more countries represented than any other show in their history I believe. And showing the world, cuz you know it will be recorded, your country flag and seeing the many diff ones there, would be so amazing. The boys will be astonished at the many flags and not just a few, there will more far more than that there this last time. just sayin.....

And again, the thing about the cost of everything is also just giving my perspective.... but I know I have no rights to suggesting anything, so..... and what is wrong with writing BGRW in red lipstick on your boob? Don't you know Matthias would love that??? Not to mention Klaus. The guys aren't dead ya know.

Flags,flags..there will be flags.. and more ideas, connected to them, which are known by few and seems won`t be shared here.

Show won`t be that special, the FOS meeting will make the difference. As the Brussels show, as the Essen show.

And, please, tell me your perspective? How can you make anything, without giving a penny? Even buying a flag (and I buy a Bulgarian flag on every single show cause either it`s taken by them or signed) is an expense. T-Shirts last year were expense too - but Russian gang made some, UK gang too, I made a few for Rony, Ruta, Gianluca and Adry. And yes, now Marta will make such, taking the project. Gianluca will make such again.. So, seems ppl love to have some stuff, connected to FOS and such FOS meetings..

Pity, you didn`t understand my IRONY about the lipstick. But yes, as I supposed, you liked the "idea" of it..

Let's just say this....I'm not even going, I just was helping with the convention thing in a very tiny way, so from here on out I won't say anything cuz in truth, I have no rights here. And that is said with frank honesty, not bitterness. It's true, I do not have a say here. So let me bow out gracefully now, kay?

I absolutely love Curry's idea about the scarves. Ever since I saw those paper airplanes flying after a song in Russia - I have been hooked on trying to find a thing like this to do and this is perfect!

1) It will show that we are fans from the forum
2) It will show all the different countries we are from
3) It will give us all some sort of unity and something for the guys on stage to notice
4) The scarves would not be dangerous when we throw them on stage and they would easily be seen by the guys - besides we don't want to hurt them - if we throw them up on stage after a song, the guys won't be running around.
5) They would be easy to pick up by the guys too (if they decided to play along)
6) It's optional - if people don't want to do it, they don't have to

So far it looks like me, Curry and Delphine are in. We just need to see if anyone else is interested.

As for me it's a good idea. We'll be more visible both before and after the show - as no one walks only in a t-shirt in winter - and during the show.Yeah, and we could raise them. I'm not sure about throwing these on the stage, I don't know what they guys would do with so many of them Putting them into the giftbags would be nice as well, they'd get more personalized. So in general I like the idea

The problem always comes to the cost.

But if we get 20-30 people interested, the cost should go down so we all win then.

Good idea! What I think I'll do is after the deadline, we can make a mailing list or discussion group for everyone and we can bring Curry's idea as well as the whole "gift bag" thing and location discussions going.

That way we know who's interested in doing what and make the choices to make many people happy.

But hey we'll be going to a Scorpions concert - people better be happy!

I need more happy. Much more happy.

Sorry for being abit material, but I don't know if I have my job from January, if our foundation can continue the education-project, so yes, I also will have to pay my attention to the final expense of this unique Fos-meeting, but I like the idea, so I am in.
