Hi Jim!

If I remember well, the store is opened from 10am to 4pm the Saturday.
It's the best way to go there the Saturday, you will have all the time to watch guitars in all the rooms. The Monday will be full of FOSers and probablely (almost sure) Matt will be there too in the afternoon.
Saturday : shopping quietly
Monday : M&G

About the weather ..... It's very cold ! Ok it's not Alaska but it's very cold. especially for queueing, long time without move Temperature are closed of 0°C and it could have wind.

It'll be nice to meet you, well... angry is not the correct word, dissapointed is more appropiated. But well, after a few time feeling that way, when you see there's no chance that things will change as you'd like them to be you start to resign yourself, and start thinking that maybe not now or in 1 year, but in a few years, when the scorpions tours are just history I'll regret not having done all I could to see a show. So it's time to rock'n'roll

MATT? haha Never heard him call himself Matt or Matty or whatever. It always kills me... And I can see him rolling his eyes. Anyway, it's still very cool if you email MATTHIAS, and he gives you an answer personally. If he doesn't answer right away, just wait a week and email him again. He somemtimes doesn't see all the emails he gets. Don't give up.
As far as the M&G, this one is going to be killer with so many countries that will be there. I still love the idea of all the fans from here to fly their countries flags in the venue.

Thanks for the Email info to Matthias. I wrote a letter and got a response right away! It's going to be an awesome trip! After the show we are going to Venice for a few days then to Paris for a few days to finish the trip..

Hi Jim,


this sounds like a wonderful plan being co-inspired by your mother. I just come of the stage from a stadium show in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I`ll be at my store in Munich the day of the show, the day before. and the day after. So there should be no worries!


The Munich show has been moved to the 17th of dec, being a sold out show since nov. 2011!!! for originaly oct.13th. Reason is, that the renovation of the Olympia Halle is not completed on time.


Please make sure you have your seats, or general admission tickets, before you travel. I can arrange backstage accommodations once you are there, but I have no influence on tickets regarding a sold out show!
