Hi Nada,I'm very disappointed about you...but are u sure you cannot be present in December? I never used a VISA but I know it can last for 3 months..or am I wrong? It is too expensive for you have 2 trips in so few days? If you can...just do it Nada!

aww thanks for your concern Gianluca, it really means a lot to me..
in fact the visa is not such a big deal, mine would have expired by December, but I can easily apply for a 2nd one and it gets simpler to get a 2nd one, and I might have it for 3 months as you just said..they usually give the first according to your stay in Europe as you request it..

but the thing is, the costs will start to cumulate eventually..
in fact I have to pay 60 Euro for the shengen visa...as per the flight, usually it is starting 450 Euro when you're lucky, and I am sure that it will be more expensive during Christmas...not to mention the hotels...so you see, spending this amount of money to spend a couple of days in Germany..after a 2 weeks vacation in Europe in October is a bit too much...not to mention the vacation from work, I am taking lot of days off in October so I am not sure I will be able to take more in December..and u know, 1 week before Christmas is such a busy week for us here with the Christmas preparations, family and friends dinners, gifts, and all that...so as you see, many facts would make it difficult for me to join you again in December...
so the best thing to do now is have 2 FOS meetings, and make sure to enjoy either the show or the gathering at MJ guitars, and start thinking of something better in the future...i have the last scorpions show in mind and this will probably be in 2013...there will be enough time to prepare, book and save money! I am sure many of us are probably thinking about it as well, so why not, you never know! ;)

Cheers my friend, and I am sure we will all have a blast in October that will make us forget this whole thing. To me, there will be the oktoberfest, a live bundesliga game for my favourite team ;) and of course MJ and our fellow FOSers..
now it's time to leave all negativity behind and start looking forward for our respective shows...and as Joanne said, you will be drinking to us, right? ;) :D

Forum and official statements are the last thing they are thinking about right now. Let`s give them air to breathe :P May be september there will be some .."movement"

It would be nice if you knew also, email the hell outta Matthias. He ain't relaxing that much. You have the right to know if Klaus and Rudolf will be there, so you can make plans. Jabs won't mind you emailing him over and over to see if you can be there, he has a weakness for beautiful women!! :P

 Cristy.. No, I don`t think I`ll bother him, cause if there is something to be announced, it is not just me, but all of the fans, who have to be informed. I`ll skip this time.. Well,I'm speechless :( :( I thought right...there's nothing to add...frankly I don't know if the spirit on 17th December will be the same like as would have been on 13rd October....and I don't know who to thank for that :?:  I really really hope to meet you somewhere on 2013...but I don't know if the guys still DESERVE my money :|

Marina, and abit less laugh emo, pleaseeee!

Sorry for being so hateful, but there are some points that you all obviously don't think, but cause difficulties.

Thank you for understanding.

Gabi, you know what you made me realize? That seeing impaired folks are having everything READ to them, so therefore the emoticons and the QUOTES are very difficult for them. It was like a lightbulb over my head and I will be more cognitive of this particular revelation. Thank you for enlightening us. :)

But even that I think your case is worst, you did a hard work to be there... anyway as you said lets try to enjoy what we have! thats the spirit

haha ;) Nada sounds sweet, when you think about it as a name it looses the meaning it has in spanish, and it sounds just like a nice name.

Speechless and lost.....been too busy this August to check with the latest news, hard times, thought I could relax and charge with the music and atmosphere in October....and now, I learn this when I have to go to the Embassy tomorrow... :( brrr, moreover, if I am to book all the stuff again for 17th December...as far as I get it with the construction terms it could be not the final date at all...what if it's postponed once again....what will I have to do?...Or am I wrong and there's 1000% assurance that the 17th December is the final date? I wish it were...anyway, that's Monday, also great....why not Wednesday for a 'perfect' day....just curious why they couldn't move it to other venue, maybe somewhere around Munich or in another city? Even if it were in Hannover, you could always take ICE (book in advance from 29 euro) and get back to your hotel....I am kinda very disappointed....have to think it over for the next few hours left... :(

P.s. Just didn't have enough time to read all those pages...Are lots of fans coming in October anyway? What about the FOS meeting and 'show' in the MJ Guitar Shop on 13th of October by Lem and Mat? Is it still on or what?

So many are totally heartbroken, but many are going to be there in December as well. Also, unless sthg drastic happens, the M&G in October is a definite go AND since MJ loves doing M&Gs at his shop before a show, he more than likely will have another M&G in Dec. Anyway, read the General Discussion and see the thread about the convention in Munich that Joanne is trying to put together in Dec. The fans in October will more than likely be all the same ones that go there all the time from Europe, the way to go is in Dec, which btw, nothing is ever for sure until that nite and they are actually on stage, right? In December there will hopefully be the convention, then MJ Guitars M&G, then the show!! What a dream to be there!!!! :P
AND as far as ur question as to why they didn't do another venue, ha! ALL of us wondered that and since they didn't answer the fans, well...we will never know!!
