World Wide Live - Recording Details - HELP NEEDED!!

Hi all, this is my first post and I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me out with some details about the recording dates/venues of the tracks on World Wide Live.

The version that I've managed to get my hands on is the initial CD release which only contains 15 tracks, rather than the 19 on the original vinyl and later remastered CD.

So far, the only info' that I've been able to find is that all tracks were recorded on the 'Love At First Sting Tour' at the following venues:

Sports Arena, San Diego, CA, USA (26/4/84)
The Forum, Los Angeles, CA, USA (24/4/84 & 25/4/84)
Pacific Amphitheatre, Costa Mesa, CA, USA (28/4/84)
Bercy, Paris, France (29/2/84)
Sporthalle, Cologne, West Germany (17/11//84)

What I would, really, like to establish is which tracks were recorded on which dates.

It may, of course, be that some or all are portions of different recordings that were later pieced together, in a studio, which would explain the liner notes being so vague.

Is their anyone who can, please, give me definitive answers?

Any help will be, very much, appreciated.

BTW, Dieter IS very friendly and just may answer your question quickly. He also agrees with me that Herman should write a Part 2 to his book. That would be great! Had to throw that in.

No babes, I didn't contact him about this topic....I was talking about back when I sent him my book review that Herman asked me to do and I sent it to Amazon.com and Dieter. That is when he told me that he agreed with me that Herman should do a Part Two. I also asked MJ to write an anecdote book, no names, just experiences. He must have a rich collection of stories he could tell us. I told both him and Herman that what they think is irrelevant or trivial, is super huge to us. With all the years they spent, esp MJ at 34 years, with Scorps, there has to be a treasure trove of stories. NOW, after I asked MJ to write a book, seems in an interview, he is thinking about it.
But I just figured to provide Dieter's FB page link to Laeotaekhun. Also, he can TRY to contact MJ, sometimes Matthias finds a little time to answer. But make the SUBJECT LINE bold and inviting as he gets hundreds per day. mj@matthiasjabs.de Don't be disappointed if he doesn't answer, but ya never know. He has been known to surprise someone with an email. Altho, he is probably on Holiday with Beate. I did hear from him the other day, it was about his advert tho, so....

Oh you can still send messages to most folks unless they have ppl blocked from accessing without making friends. I don't know if Dieiter has done that with HIS profile or not. But if this person just goes to his FB profile, he can see if he can leave a message. Also, you don't have to be a devotee to join FB and send ur message. IMHO, if he wants to ask Dieter this important question/s, he needs to simply ask him via FB. AND email MJ.
However, now we aren't even hearing from this person anymore.

Can I, firstly, thank everyone who has taken the time to respond and, secondly, apologise for my lack of input/replies over the past couple of days.

I live in Thailand but had to visit Laos and so have not had access to my computer (which I leave switched on, so it may have appeared that I was here, when I wasn't) - If that makes sense.

Anyway, the more I've thought about this the more I've come to the conclusion that only one man will know the definite answers to my questions - Dieter Dierks.

My reasoning is based upon the Kiss album "Alive!" which was promoted and contained liner notes stating that it had been recorded during part of the "Dressed To Kill" tour between March and July 1975.

However, Eddie Kramer who produced the album has since gone on record as stating "that the only original live recording on the album is Ace Frehley's guitar".

Individual band members (if they ever did know the truth, probably, now ignore it and spout the "official" line).

Now, I'm not comparing the musicianship of Scorpions with Kiss but, I've found, that there is, normally, a reason for liner notes being "vague", so I'm placing all of my hopes on YNWA being able to get the answers from Dieter.

I would try myself BUT:

1) He doesn't know me from Adam, whereas because I suspect he may know Curry I think she may get a reply when I would not.

2) I have never used Facebook and so would not know where to start - Would I need to ask him to accept me as a "friend" etc., before I can send him a message that he can then ignore?

So, I prefer to stick with Curry's offer which I think will, probably, produce the results I'm hoping for!

I will keep my fingers (and everything else) well and truly crossed!

You should asked that BIG guy who travels with the Scorpions he looks like alittle bit of Santa Claus, I forgot his name though but he makes the Scorpions sounds on the road with them. He should know all the infos and dates

No Adriana, it's not Ben. There is a member of the Screwpions that is a big guy with a beard. He's always been there and I once knew his name but don't remember now. When I was backstage in 2010, he came over to MJ while we were talking and started speaking German to MJ and MJ answered in German *of course* and I couldn't help watching MJ's mouth move while speaking the language I should have been taught as a child by my Grandfather and it was fascinating. His mouth moved differently....
