AFTER HEARING WHAT RISKS TO THEIR LIVES THE POLICE OFFICERS MADE, TO RESCUE THE INJURED IN THE MOVIE SHOOTING LAST NIGHT, IF I HEAR A ROCKSTAR OR AN ATHLETE BEING TERMED A "HERO" EVER AGAIN, I WILL PUKE AND I WILL LET IT BE KNOWN TO THAT PERSON, THAT IT'S TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNACCEPTABLE AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!

I LIVE HERE, I KNEW RACHEL SCOTT WHO GOT KILLED AT COLUMBINE, IF ANYONE CAN JUSTIFY CALLING ANYONE WHO DOESN'T DESERVE IT, A HERO, THEN YOU BETTER EXPLAIN IT TO ME!! YES I AM ANGRY, THIS IS MY COMMUNITY! THERE WAS A NAVY SEAL KILLED, A YOUNG FEMALE JOURNALIST WHO WANTED TO BE A SPORTS WRITER, AND SO MANY MORE WE DON'T KNOW YET! IT BRINGS BACK MEMORIES OF COLUMBINE AND I AM IN PAIN FOR THOSE FAMILIES, I AM IN PAIN FOR THE FATHER WHO FOUND OUT HIS 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS KILLED, I AM IN PAIN THAT WE HAVE TO SUFFER THIS WORLD'S EVIL UNTIL GOD DECIDES TO TEAR IT DOWN!!!

WE WILL CONTINUE, ALL OF YOU WILL CONTINUE AND THE WORLD WILL STOP REPORTING ON THIS. WHILE WE HERE, WILL NEVER FORGET, JUST LIKE NEW YORK WON'T FORGET 911, LIKE WE WON'T FORGET COLUMBINE!! MY HEART IS IN PAIN!

I DIDN'T WANT TO START THIS TOPIC, IT'S BEEN TOO PAINFUL WATCHING THIS ALL DAY ON OUR TV STATION, SO THANK YOU NUNNY FOR DOING IT FOR ME!

I know you didn't post it for ME, it was a figure of speech, but thanks again anyway!

Everything else right now, no matter what it is or who posts it, is so lame and trivial to me that I don't give a s**t about any of it. Whatever it is, is moot and so unimportant that I want to puke. I am just numb! I know if the boys were to have any words about this horrible event, that would be nice to hear as they are sincerely compassion men. I know this from personal experience. But right now, things far more important in this world, are happening then what anyone has to say at this point about their own lives! It's all so irrelevant. Lame! Unimportant! 12 people are dead today here in my state, in an area I used to live, one of them a little girl!!!!! And I am heartbroken over that, nothing else matters!!!!! nuff said....

My daughters school is less than 3 miles from this theater and she often goes to these midnight movie premieres. I can not even tell ya how we were scrambling to get a hold of her yesterday morning when we heard about this to make sure she was not there and was ok. We are so blessed that she was at home safe and sound at the time this happened. Sadly, a lot of parents were not as lucky. God Bless those affected by this senseless horrific tragity! Hugg the ones you love! Life is short and you just never know what could happen.

God Bless

Oh my gosh, what a horrible time you must have had not knowing!! It's like when Columbine happened and all those parents that were at our church waiting for their children and some didn't show....my gosh the agony. Sherry, I am beyond thrilled your daughter didn't go!!!! :(

I couldn't more agree with you Tom.
The situation was the same with me like with you, and my parents were right.

Because babysitter's are around $15 an hour now. I also was angry about the parents, until I listened to the ones with their 3 month old and how they just wanted a night out together to watch the new movie and yet they couldn't afford a sitter, so thot they would just let their kids sleep at the movies. And after hearing them hysterically explaining how they were trying to get their children out while shielding them, I am not going to judge them. You can bet they won't be going to the movies, even the children ones, with their kids for quite awhile, if ever again.

Sherry, Glad your daughter wasn't there and is safe. I've spent a good deal of time in the Denver area and love it . My prayers to everyone.
