I`m so excited I`m gonna meet Roberta this week !!! the very first person from the forum I`ll meet in person ,...and I really hope this is just the beggining

Okay,girls... tips :

1) Avoid carbohidrats , specially simple ones.
2) Eat frequently and small portions , the smaller one the one before going to bed.
3) Very little meat , you will like to prefer vegetables and fruits.
4) Drink just water. :wink:

5) [glow=red]have I said vegetables and fruits ?[/glow]

6) Excercise daily !!! At least 4 km of walking ....

I've been trying to eat healthier, and luckily I've always loved vegs and fruits :mrgreen:

Well, lucky u then... Fruits and vegs are on the bottom of my "what would i eat" list... :roll:

But I can eat tons of Pomber, green olives, chocolate and ice cream, tortilla chips.. drink 2-3l. Coca Cola and.. dieeeeeeeeee :mrgreen:
