Who's going to the CHICAGO show?

Anyone who is attending the Chicago show on Friday, feel free to meet us for a small get-together before-hand. My group will be at Kitty O'Shea's (720 S. Michigan) in the Chicago Hilton and Towers hotel. It's a walkable distance to the Charter One Pavilion. We'll be there around 5:00 if you'd like to meet up and say hello. My cell if needed is 847-849-7461.

Billy Mac, are you aware of Savage Amusement Tribute Band?....James guest drummed with them last year in St. Louis....you can find them on Facebook. THEY will be going to the Chi Show! Look them up, they are the best bunch of guys EVER!!

HI Mary - We looked at a number of different places and the truth is, there really isn't a good place within walking distance to the show. It's best to just find a place in the loop and then cab it. I'll be in section 102, row 6 (to the far end near sec 101). So we'll be at the Kilt, which is about a 5-10 min cab ride. Maybe afterward, whoever is interested, we might be able to grab a rinse somewhere relatively close. In either event, I hope to see you there!

The whole Savage group are going to be at the show in Chicago tomorrow.

THAT'S MY BOYZZZ!! MY SAVAGES!! Oh I hope you, Billy, and Cindy Stinger both get to meet my guys. Do you know that at one point when James wasn't playing the drums, he was sitting on the arm of my wheelchair watching them last year in St. Lou, and he was truly impressed at the playing and Wes' vocal range? These guys don't dress like Scorps, nor does Wes try to sound like Klaus, he sounds like Wes, but like you said, Billy, they are keeping the Scorps alive with just playing their music with talent and passion.

I soooo wish I were there tomorrow and Jeff, who plays a mean ass bass, just told me that they wish I were there too. Watching the BBRW with the Savages, now that would be heavenly!! ha

Just look for a bunch of people wearing "Savage Amusement - a tribute to the Scorpions" t-shirts.... that will probably be US! Our friends Mike and Tammy Doran and their son Jack will be at the show and they're already in Chicago as we speak. Mike is a DJ for KSHE-95 in St. Louis... of of the first FM stations EVER to have an AOR rock music format...AND... Mikey is a HUGE Scorpions fan and a big supporter of Savage Amusement.

Oh... and I'm a big White Sox fan, too. Paul Konerko is one of my favorite players in the game... but my Cardinals have ALL of my favorite players all on the same team! (Sucks to hear the Sox might trade AJ Pierzynski.)

My Hubby and I will be going.. I hope the Rain holds off !.. I am so Excited to go ! Hope this venue doesn't have the same problem as it did last time.. I paid way to much $ for people from the back to come up and stand in front of me !!

Just scored a couple balcony seats, off to the side, for 9.45 with a $25 coupon I got from a facebook promotion. I was not sure I really wanted to go, but for that price, I don't care what the set list is. Free parking also, if you don't mind a little walk or a shuttle ride. Can't beat that.

Awesome. I would be there if I could with my Savages and the boys, but alas, no money. But they are going to scream out my name so at least I will be there in some way! giggle!!
