Of course it was about the Scorps Museum in Gronau but if I remember well, nobody mentioned this releasing…Scorpions – Rock You Like A Hurricane (Telos Verlag)
Fortunatelly there is a hungarian online store (Bookline.hu) where I could order this item and arrived a few days. What can I say…it was a big suprise to me.
I thought that this should be a smilar biography book like the old Heyne Discoteque (1980) or the Wind Of Change (from 1991) but I have to tell you it’s totaly different. There are five parts of the issue. The first writes from the years when the band played in Russia in 1988-89. The other four presents the „big three” (Klaus, Rudi and Matt) and Uli’s story. There are more than 100 coloured pictures on it what inlclude really rare photos like a copy from Uli’s diary in the early 70’s or old live pictures. The book is bilingual (german and english) and a must-have for a hardcore fan…like me!
