I think it's safe to assume no 2nd USA leg in August

I see the dates between August 4th and 31st are still open, but I would think that if there was going to be another USA tour then, the dates surely would have been mentioned by now because they would want to put tickets on sale at least 2-3 months in advance. I know anything is possible, but I'm not keeping my hopes up. I'm just thankful that I've seen 2 super amazing shows already! I was mainly hoping my dad would be able to see his 1 and only Scorps show. Oh well. Not the end of the world.

Ya never know Fonzbear, a certain somebody told me that there may be a 2nd leg, but that it had to be decided first by promoters. But like you said, not the end of the world if they don't. 8-)

Yeah it's looking pretty unlikely at this point but the group by then will have been traveling pretty steadily until August, I'm guessing they will be taking a break instead.

They would need to announce something soon if they do a second leg of the tour in August. Would be great if they did, but it's not looking so probable right now.

anything is possible............Van Halen cancelled their shows because they bit off more than they could chew. After reading Matthias`s interview I`m inclined to think we are not finished seeing the SCORPIONS on US soil.
May just be a few select shows but I believe they will STING us again

Rudy told me he will tour as long as Klaus will Sting it. So I think after the new Album we will see them next year after the Japan 2013 tour.

So, they lied about this being their final tour? After other bands doing the same, it doesn't surprise me. Can't complain though since it will increase the chances of them coming back here again.

Fonzbear, they didn't LIE per se, they are just "extending" their retirement a bit.

They know when to take advantage of a good thing and that is their new found fame. :whistle:

The Scorpions never lie.............people do not here what they our saying......a tour can be defined in time................... a tour can be a state of mide.......maybe the Final Sting Tour is a state of mind........Some people here Rock and Claim to be rock fans but they just don't get it.

There will be no second leg of a North american tour..Matthias confirmed this week the July 12 show at Merriweather will be the last show of the NA tour. But don't be surprised if they come back in 2014.

Lets get this straight the Scorps did not lie they just confirmed this will be the last BIG world tour from them. They will do mini tours just like what Judas Priest is going to do going forward.

My guess is that they will take 2013 off and then get bored and come back in 2014..
