frankly speaking I don't like neither champaign nor red bull or other energetic drinks ( they're true evil for me)...
but this reminded me how we tried to warm up before St Peter's show with a brandy...and Joanne's face when she saw plastic glasses with it in our hands - yep I prefer smth stronger than champaign
Still I'm happy for you, Sarah, that you spent such a wonderful time, and yep meeting fosers is a really great event!!! I had it once, and hope to have once again and again

Great review from Curry!!

I had similar experience last summer in Iron Maiden concert, I was very close to faint cos it was so hot summer day, but thank god, my friend did get me some water, so my feeling get little bit better.

How bad I want to see Scorpions one more time, after reading all these great reviews, I must see them at least in the last show

Ruining it with anything, esp with redbull, for me it's really a weird attack against great taste of champagne.

well, after so long i'm here to write the second,short and last part
thanks to Kadra for her lond and detailed review , by the moment i'm very lazy to write review, i'll add only few points

saturday 12th:
we left Salvatore's house at half past noon, and in 1 hour about we reached finally stuttgart where i met Kadra in front of the gates.
just a break for a beer and to eat something in a near bar, we came back to the gates to wait about 4 hours before to run inside. I already wrote about the bad organization there..........and, well about the show......great concert, band was in a great shape, Klaus voice perfect, some surprise in the setlist.......so....another perfect show
After the show me, Kadra and my italian crazy fans moved to the band hotel where we met with my dear bro Jurgen.
few minutes after our arrival , we can meet and take pictures with Rudy and James, then we spent the time to talk till we remained to our table only me , Kadra and Jurgen.
We didn't know till we could remain there cause we didn't know who we could meet of the guys.After 2 am.....Klaus and his wife left the restaurant, and they went to the elevator to go in their hotel room.
while Klaus and his wife were walking from the restaurant to elevator, Klaus were passing and waving his hand to salute the remaining fans in another table far from us......
when i saw him, i didn't want to go to him ,cause he was with his wife, and i didn't want to "disturb" them.......but....my big surprise , has been Klaus to come to us to say "hello".
well, if Klaus will read this, i just want to say "sorry" to him, cause.....firstly i didn't expect his nice gesture, i mean i saw him, just said "hello" , but as i wrote before, i didn't want to disturb them, and second......everytime i meet him.......i'm always without words

it was around 3am when we left the hotel to return to our hotel....and to oversleep
sunday 13th:
left stuttgart half hour after the "scheduled" time cause "someone" (me) overslept
arrived in frankfurt, i just left my baggages in my hotel and reahed the hotel where Jurgen was.
spent few hours for nice talks, then me and Kadra decided to went to the gate to take our places.......spending time to talk about football, music.....and last but not least....to exchange funny italian/bulgarian lessons......
@Gabi.....i remember your hungarian lesson.....but i think it's me to not be a very good student

well.....our big fault it's been that we were so concentrated about the concert that we totally forgot to eat and drink......a very BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
so at the end of the show we were so tired and without energies......that we couldn't enjoy fully the show.
another nice gesture from Klaus.......
at the end of the show when he left the stage, he sent me and Kadra his personal "goodbye"
THANK YOU KLAUS!!!!!!

after the show.....just an hotdog to mcdonald and then to rest to the hotel.......
what to say....another great weekend with Scorpions and FOS!!!!
a special thank to my italian friends.......Kadra, she had to stand me for 2 long days , and Jurgen, it's been great to meet you again bro.......let's see in 1 week
and to everyone that i met there!!!!

Gianlucaaaaa! Believe me, Adry gets much more from Klaus as you sayd "just a goodbie".
He always has waluable gestures towards Adry, and they mean alot to him, I know, because we have talked about it.

you mean giving to Adry a discount card or free pass for the next show as a regular customer ? - not bad idea, but hardly Mr Amend will support it ....
Though, Gabi's totally right here, Adry gets not only usual "hello" from Klaus, but something much more valuable than a discount\free pass - Klaus' special treatment to him -and of course he deserved it, coz our Adry is one of the most faithful Scorpions fans . So Klaus knows it, and sincerely appreciates it - and once again my deepest respect to or Klaus for it! It's incredible that he remembers and makes so many kind gestures to die-hard fans!
Yes, THANK YOU DEAR KLAUS FOR IT, AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!

I just have to chime in here....I adore Adry I really do, he's a sweetheart. BUT, does it make you the "most faithful" fan cuz you have the financial means to go to several concerts? Truly folks, I know some who are very very faithful but can't get to several shows, can't travel all over to see them and yet they have been around since the 70's and have only been able to afford seeing the boys a couple times.
Sorry to put a damper on this little lovefest, but it's hardly fair to call ANYONE the most faithful, cuz they have the time and means to see them many times. If Gabi could see them over and over, would that make HER the most faithful? Or me for instance, when neither of us have the money BUT we have the heart? We ALL are the most faithful of fans in our hearts, regardless if we can make it to their shows or not.

Adry, YOU don't rise yourself to King level cuz ur humble, it's others who do and it bothers me that they give you that status cuz the rest of us dont? I mean really......but it's not your fault. It just makes me feel bad for those of us who can't go to the many shows and therefore WE aren't given any kind of status?
And Curry, I love how you are forever the peacekeeper. But I am not trying to cause any trouble, just voicing my discontent over not being considered that I am a loyal Scorps fan, or Mara, or Phuong, or anyone else, cuz we can't go to all these shows. Hell, I won't even see them for the rest of their FINAL tour, so I just feel sour right now over someone being considered the best fan...blah blah blah!!!

Well, I go along with you. I don`t think that somebody can be called THE BEST FAN. There are plenty of fans with a lot of concerts behind their back, as well as many true fans, who do not have the chance to go, even thought they want.

I think the most important is what is in your heart, the feelings and the devotion towards the band. I understand some of you, who can`t affort trips all over and I don`t say that you are not fans. I just say Adry is a die-hard and he does everything, he can, so that he can go at least to a couple of concerts in a year.

Do not accept Nadia`s words against you. She, for example, is a real die-hard too, even though she`s in this forum for less than 2 years and doesn`t have dozens of concerts in her list. So, that`s a proof, that the die-hard fans are the ones, who lives and breaths with the band... as you, as Nadia, as Adry and as many others does.

I know, it's not even against Nadia herself....just the TERM upset me. Adry is diehard, but so is Scott and Sherry and Toshiko and Mad Dog and so many others. I just feel for those like Mara or Phuong who haven't been to a show AT ALL and yet are diehards! I mean, can you imagine not being able to see the boys EVER and yet remain loyal to them? Now THAT is more of a diehard fan than showing up at show after show, IMO!

So, Curry, first of all thank you for getting my message right - coz I really didn't mean at all to single out anybody as "the best of the best" in that message... on the contrary, I just wanted to say to Klaus a huge thanks once again for special treating to the fans, for his sincere love and appreciation to us, die-hard fans, and, as I was replying to Adry's review, I named him as an example of this dialogue between Klaus and fans...
Cristy, I'm really sorry for using that "most faithful" definition ( again, I said ONE of..meaning that it was just an example...) -I early didn't mean to hurt anyone...moreover, I totally agree with your and Curry's words about die hard fans, and I also don't find it right to call someone worse or better fan - no way! Coz for me all of you are equally die-hard, passionable fans, and no matter how many shows you've visited -it's definitely not that point - and how long you're scorpions fan. Right - the essence is what is in your heart, your feelings to them and their place in your life...
Sorry once again ppl for this little mess coz of my carelessness with definitions.... - I really only wanted to say some warm words to Adrian and Klaus.. Ok, I'll try to match the words more carefully next time, I promise, coz you all are my friends and you became a part of my life, like Scorps - so I really don't wanna hurt anyone, or any argues coz of me...coz friendship means really much for me...
