What a beautiful name you have :) Love how it sounds as well as what it means. A little bit late "welcome back" from me too! I had to "think of you" yesterday cause I was reading Rudolf's book and there is a part about their experience in Beirut after the war..I don't know if you have read it? I shall quote it here if you'd like :D

I always liked the rock version better. 8) However, the footage is amazing.
Btw, any ideas why Scorps didn't bother to shoot proper video clips recently? In my opinion, Humanity was disastrous...

awww...sweet!
hehehe, you know political and security situations have never been really stable here since the late 60s and until now, I mean I am 27, I have witnessed 3 wars...a part of the civil war which lasted 15 years and ended in 1990, then Israeli attacks on Lebanon (96 and 2006) and a few conflicts/blasts here and there few years ago...of course those days were horrible, and the whole world was praying for us for passing through dangerous and hard times...but the thing is, we have a good spirit, we learned how to have fun despite everything, Beirut rises after each "incident" hitting it..
that explains what was written about it on frommers.com:

"You just can't keep a good city down. Or, in Beirut's case, a turbulent past of decades of civil war hasn't taken the sheen off its glossy, cosmopolitan swagger. Lebanon's capital is far from your "regular" Middle Eastern city: Nestled on the Mediterranean coast, Beirut is an enticing combination of French designer boutiques in rebuilt Downtown, chi-chi private beach clubs where bling is king, cutting-edge galleries in converted warehouses and magnificent third-century mosaics in the National Museum."

things got better now and it is safe to be here, that's why the scorpions were here few months ago..in fact, many concerts were scheduled for lebanon after pure instinct tour (including all the tours actually) and then cancelled due to political situation, that's why their come-back this year was more than satisfying for us! Scorpions do love Beirut!

Now I'll listen to The lovely acoustic angel song, have a nice weekend too !
Rock on!
Nada

I believe it's better to shoot nothing than such awful thing. I can't even call it a video clip... They could have made look perfectly simple, like this.

 well I think it depends, a dromedary would ask for one, a camel would ask for two

in fact I have only seen this animal once, and that was in Dubai ...we have no desert in Lebanon..
I remember how much I got scared when I was sitting over there and he was trying to stand up...terrifying! lol
