Think positive so in this case keep believing the left shows will happen and don´t let Your optimism get stolen from pessimistic informations or speculations . Those have no roots and anything without roots doesn´t survive

Have fun!!!

Cool way of thinking positive,...i guess you spend to much time with Rudolf !...
See you Saturday !

O Yes Del, what a show!!!!!!!
I was really impressed by the Paris audience last nite they´ve truly took my request and nearly blew the roof of POB! I don´t wanna compare to other gigs before now, each and every audience has been great in it´s special way.
After a real quick load out, infact there are long ways to push the cases through the endless catacombes at POB it was time to say good bye to our wonderful friends from Guano Apes! The are now on the way back to Germany, thanks to cast and crew of this great band, we had a lot of fun and me personally I am looking forwar to meet them all again soon.
A great THX to the Paris local stage hands these guys did a phantanstic job, at least I already arrived after a short 150km ride at the Zenith in Rouen to have another day off before we finish the french part of the tour friday nite.

Hey world from chilly Rouen France

Load in commenced half an hour ago with the rigging/truss truck to unload, also catering is already setting up the kitchen and there´s something special today.
Tonite´s diner will be created by a zero star awarded chef, even not really qualified as a cook, in normal life he is a truck driver....
Yes folks, it´s me tonite cooking diner for cast and crew. Some of You might know I am from Stuttgart, the Schwabian region of Germany and there we have a very special dish called the "Spaetzle" For a real Schwabian like me it isn´t just a dish, it is a philosophy. This topic is too small to explain the philosophy of Spaetzle so anyone curious about it, just google!
The recipe is simple, you take eggs flour salt and
mix it into a dough. then scrape it with a knife in boiling salted water. After a few minutes boiling, take it off the water and serve it with some melted butter. At the end, it looks something like pasta, but 100 times better tasting.
It comes with bouef Gorbatchov or boeuf Bourgingon.

I sometimes cook this dish on international tours just to accomplish my volontary mission beeing kind of an ambassador of the Schwabian haute cuisine and in the past it was always a success cuz everbody survived eating it.

Let me take the opportunity to appologize in advance to the local catering helpers in charge here today in Rouen. usually after I am done cooking the Spaetzle the kitchen looks like a symbiosis of volcanic eruption and earthquake, so sorry mes amis!

In my experience, everyone who has a passion for 'cuisine' the way you do, is a good cook. You clearly give your heart and dedication to your specialities ! 'nuf said, gotta do some googling now... 8) "Spaetzle""Spaetzle"....- haa, I thought so : 'dumplings' would be the English word for them

Hi Ben,

You definitely know that there are schabians to live in Hungary as well since centuries.
I don't know the number of them here, but there are some areas living by mainly schabians.
There are still old people, who use rather schabian like Hungarian.
My mom's grandparents on the father's line were also schabians, unfortunately she spoke just hungarian.
This meal is well-known in Hungary, and it is quite delicious.
I am sure that your dinner will be a total success today, too.

For heavens sake!!!!! Lennu!!!!!

How can You even think about calling my Spaetzle kind of dumplings?????????????
That is kind of a terrorist attack against us Schwabians!!!!!
Dumplings are Knoedel and they come from Bavaria and we Schwabians have nothing in common with them.
All they can do is taking away the good soccer players away from our teams paying lot of money to them

Calling Spaetzle Dumplings is cultural Bolshevism!!!
I am upset, dissappointed and psychologically damaged!

My Great Grandmother used to make these....and normally served with a beef dish on a Sunday.....

My family migrated from the birth place of Artur Fischer to the states around the 1850's....however this is way before Mr. Fischer was born.....

I just wish that He didn't trust me so much.
