I asked myself this morning, why need a moderator for this little kind of game,
just go for some questions and see what happens.
So here´s the first one:

April 18th 2010 I was on my way to a gig and suddenly the procuction manager called me and told me that I have to go to another venue, the scheduled one for April 20th was cancelled

My question to You die hard Scorpions fans now is:

Why was I directed not go go to the scheduled show, and where was it?
It´s not enough just to say show was cancelled, I wanna know the reason for this cancellation.
As a little hint: It had something to do with Iceland.......

has it been the show somewhere in Czech republic or slovakia and it was cancelled because you couldn't get a flight. There had been something with the iceland vulcano (dust which has not been good for the aircraft engines)

Ben, it was cancellation of a show in Minsk, Belarus bacause of "Eyjafjallajökull" volcano. James couldn't get there by plain. So it was rescheduled for 29th of April 2010.

Due to the flight cancellations off almost all intercontinental flight James couldn´t leave L.A. so the show at April 20th was cancelled and rescheduled for the 29th of April.
I was already close to the Lithuanian/Belarussian border when the info reached me. I had to turn around and drive all the way from Lithuania down to Ostrava. It was about 1250 kms. On the way there we found out that my Belorussian Visa expires at April 25th so my company in Germany had to take my second pass port, sent it on express shipment to the embassy in Berlin to make a new visa, then sent it again on express way to Warsaw Poland to our customs Agent who finally delivered my passport at the Polish/Lithuanian Border after I drove back to Kameny Log II, the Belorussian border check point.
The Belorussian Promoter was close to get crazy, he doubted that my passport can be delivered in such a small time period to the middle of nowhere in North-West Belorussia. finally it seemed to me I´ve detected some tears of happiness in his eayes when he met me at the customs yard at Kameny-Log II early morning at April 27th.
Customs clearance went really quick so we´ve reached Minsk in the early afternoon. Promoter brought me to the hotel and I was rather tired after this long ride, but when I entered the hotel lobby I was awake immediately..
On that day the hotel was hosting the final competition for the election of Miss Belaruss 2010!!!!!
Swear to God folkes, I´ve never seen more gorgeous attractive young ladies at one point like this day. Wherever my eyes turned to there was pretty young beauties, the only beast in the house was me......
It wasn´t only me beeing astonished by that, a few more sCREWpions members who arrived the other day were looking quite impressed. Even there are a lot of reasons to come back to Minsk, one of it is the beauty and elegance of the ladies and girls in Belarus

Now, on the 7 of October 2011, there wasn't any Scorpsgig in Athens, was there?
On the 8 was the show in Clui.
