Part 5: Afterparty
After the show, we first hung around in the park a bit, to refuel our internal human being with solid and liquid combustibles.
Because it was her birthday, Marta had brought a genuine Polish bottle of wodka, and it would have been really nice if she could share it with Pawel. Especially because the poor lad has probably been deprived from original Polish wodka for a long time already. Unfortunately we did not manage to locate where Pawel and the other band members were.
So we had a bit of a problem. None of us wanted to export this high octane fuel back outside the country. Who knows what the Bielefeld polizei might say of that. How to solve this? Luckily Marta found 3 selfless volunteers who were prepared to sacrifise themselves to solve this problem. While solving the problem, we tried to learn each other some words of our languages, and also to get rid of some prejudices that exist about certain peoples. So it is said that Italians are women thiefs. We can at least say that they are not only that now. We could say some things about other peoples as well, but we have no(t yet) photographic evidence of that, so we prefer to remain silent.
Two untrained elements had to give up after 2 or 4 glasses, and in the end it was only Marta and Marco who were remaining to solve the problem. We took this as proof that Marco has to have Polish blood, and we call him Marcoslaw from now on (or Marcek for the friends).
