Well, I guess I'm learning a lot with you all right now :D

And I think I get what adriana said...sometimes, my mother behaves weird, and by the simple act of telling her what I think about the situation, she reallizes that she didn't give the necessary importance to some subject (or gave too much importance), and realizes I'm kinda right.
I guess that we all have always something (even the smallest thing) to learn from each other :)

I'm happy to hear that somewhere on this planet parents listen to their children's advice. It's something which never happened to my dad. Though I'm ready to forgive him everything because he is always the subject of my and my mum's laugh.

Today I found out that my teacher of English, my dear Kate (there are many good people named Kate in my life  ) haven't been to a cinema for almost 15 years! I just have to do something with it!

I'm sure that she will find some time to spend with you... holidays or something, she needs to have fun and distract a little bit :D
Ask her to see a 3D movie, nothing better for a person that haven't been into a cinema in 15 years

I have just gone to a movie once and that's all about it ;) I prefer watching at home or spending time to read/draw ;), also I don't like going there alone.

Oh, I adore going to the cinema alone! :D If you're alone, you can allow yourself to show any emotion you have. You can cry if you feel like, you can laugh if you think sth is funny. And nobody would tap you on the shoulder to ask what the hero have said or what they meant by that scene. :)

And I didn't like 3D at all. So I'm also conservative. Nevertheless, "Breakfast at Tiffany's" will never be shown in 3D.

Yeah it happens all the time here. When I watch a movie at home with my family I'm always asked: What has he just said? Why is it? What's happening? I can't understand at all etc :? that's annoying so I prefer spending time alone and watch MY movies without any interruptions :D

It must have to do with the name, because I also haven't been to a cinema for years. But now Maureen really motivated me with her TT film.
To what you said regarding not wanting to "increase a person's responsibilities" etc,.. I think that, people like what you describe your teacher to be, even get more Alive through that..

"Motivation is the combination of internal processes and external forces that direct and sustain behavior toward a goal." Is the film really your goal?
