Let's see (not so difficult to think about it  ) July  holiday
How do you go there? Because I've looked where the city is (I didn't know this one) and it seems to me that there are no big cities very close.
Maybe it will be possible

Alizée and Hans, we're almost complete then  It would be great 8)

it's near Frankfurt I think, please correct me if I'm mistaken, and yes this is quite a small place...so it's possible I 'd take the plane from Le Havre to Frankfurt, then the train... Or it's very likely I'd have a car, so if that's the case I'd go by car!

How to get there is not really a problem. I would come by car, and it's no problem to pick people up in Frankfurt. 8) I hereby also volunteer to play taxi for people that would arrive from other countries by plane

@ Emilie I checked the distance and its 614 km from my place and 682 km from Sion! It's almost in the middle between where we live! :D
Furthermore, it has to be a sign that the place has "Schwein" in the name. The symbol of my village is ... a pig... that cannot be a coincidence.

Finally, there are flights from Budapest, to Frankfurt.
The big question is if we could find a cheap one.
Ok, we will see.
Klaus-THE SPECIAL ONE,
Rudolf-THE WISE ONE,
Matthias-THE COOL ONE,
Pawe-THE SIMPLE ONE,
James-THE CRAZY ONE,
The Scorpions are THE NICEST GUYS.

It's right, if we go by plane it would be Frankfurt then.

Hans, the distance between your city and mine is quiet good  For the flights I don't know if there are some that are not too expensive, I have to look. With the train it would last 9 hours from my city and it costs a lot. Well, as soon as I know something I'll tell you :D

As for the car, thank you very much already. I don't know anything yet about this concert but as soon as I know I tell you more. Hope we can all go there :)

I'll probably go there (80% of chances) by car. My mom and I can drive, so if anyone need a lift... We'll get in Schweinfurt on July 15th, and leave to Bielefeld during the night right after Schweinfurt concert. If we can take someone on the road from France to Schweinfurt or Schweinfurt to Bielefeld, there will be no problems. To be confirmed.

Cool! So there will be a 2nd car. No bus needed.

So Alizée, when is the driving exam? The 31st? 80% chances of passing it?

I've been a long time Scorpions fan, but never been to a concert before (due to various circumstances). Since this is their last tour, I'd really like to go to see them -- for the first and the last time. Anyway, I think I'll be able to come to Schweinfurt on July 16th and attend the concert.

Since this is my first time going to a Scorpions concert, I have a few questions:

1. I was thinking of ordering tickets through Eventim (which they will deliver to my address). Is that what I should do? Or I should buy them when I get to Schweinfurt in July? I am asking this because the cost of the postage is half the ticket price.

2. I will be going on my own. None of my friends are into Scorpions, and I really don't want to miss the chance to see them. Do you think it'll be a problem to attend the concert alone? Have you ever gone to a concert on your own?

I appreciate anyone who takes the time and answers my questions... Thanks in advance!
I've seen it all and so much more, but I ain't seen nothing yet.

You can do both but the problem is : there may be no more tickets available in July, and if you book you ticket and take them in Schweinfurt there may be a huge queue... So the best is to order it from eventim... yea I know it's very expensive :(

Well of course you can go on your own , besides it's a good way to meet some Fosers and people of the forum... it's what I did for my first Scorps concert , I went alone, but I meet Christine, Emilie.... I was speaking with on the forum, and it was so nice!!!
If you have never been to a Scorpions concert and feel like it , then don't hesitate, you won't regret it!!
Greetings!
