For those who don't have guitar pro: you should tune the guitar half tone down (Eb) and play regular chords: (E / D / G / A). Then you should play for "I was born..." E / D / A / C / A
One more thing, when you play the chorus the G and A are played at the 5th and the 7th fret by this shape

Rudolf and Matthias like to play regular power chordes (E D A etc.). I think they usually match the tuning of the guitars to the abilities of klaus to sing the songs.
One more thing, Rudolf and Matthias play the songs for so many years so if klaus have dificulties to reach the higher notes they would prefer to tune their guitars down to Eb drop D drop C etc.
If you will look at Matthias' gear you'll find out quickly which tuning He chose to play the songs:
Dommenget Black Explorer 90 with the stars is ALWAYS tuned to drop D ! (don't let the video of raised on rock mislead you it's Eb tuning there).
Other guitars (especialy Mastercasters but not only) are tuned to Eb (Coast to coast, Still loving you, Deep and dark, when they played with Michael Schenker etc.).
Until 2005 klaus was singing Wind of change and You and I with standart tuning. At that time Matthias played with his Jabocaster (E tuning) those songs. Today you will not find any song that is played with a regular E tuning.
Also Matthias has some Explorers with other tunings like drop C (for love'em or leave'em or hour 1 etc.)
As for Acoustica all the song are tuned to Eb except Life is to short and When love kills love that tuned to Db.

No, thats wrong...
any of Matthias and Rudolf guitar may build up in any tune (E, Eb, D)
in 80-th Scorps used standard tune (sometimes even higher and higher for examples Still Loving You from Love at First Sting tune F)
at the same time at live performance Scorps play in Eb tune (period 80-90th)
in 2000 and nowadays they actively used D-tune at the concert and album record.

andrey, all you say is true ! I was refering to the last 8 years....
I know that any guitar can be tuned to E Eb and D..... I was refering to what happens on stage at recent years (let's say from 2002 or 2003 when Matthias was starting to use his black Dommenget Explorer 90).
If you'll look on all the videos on youtube from that preiod you'll see what I mean, and that could help everybody know (according to the band's guitars) which tuning they should use.
by the way you can add Rudolf's golden Flying V (which he uses mostly for Rock you like a hurricane and Still loving you) that usually is tuned to Eb.
