here is Pat Martin's from 98 Rock in Sacramento response to the news about a possible Scorps/VH tour..still waiting for Dogface to respond:

"The info is speculative…coming from a friend of mine who works on the Scorpions crew. He’s given me inaccurate info in the past, so let’s wait and see what happens."

George... Pat was the one back in 2007 that said he heard about the Scorps being on Ozzfest..so now i'm a little worried this info is not true...

Cristy..Jefferson is right there is no way here in America the Scorpions would close a show with Van Halen being on the bill..so if this tour happen i could see both bands playing 90 minute sets with VH closing each night..just like the 1999 tour with Motley Crue...also remember this might be the last tour but the tour will end sometime in 2012..so the Scorpions still have 2011 and 2012 to say goodbye to America..honestly doing a tour with Van Halen in 2010 would set up a great farewell headline tour in 2011 and 2012 for the Scorpions..

That's true Scott!I was at a Motley Crue/Scorpions concert and the Scorps were on first! I could not believe that the Scorpions were the opening act! I do believe that was 99' at the Sony Blockbuster Arena in Philly.
