USA Tour News Scorpions and Van Halen

[size=50][/size]On the way home from Reno a Sacrament California radio stations mention the Scorpions.
During the talking they said we will have summer tour and Shorline Amp dates.
They also said that Van Halen will be the tour partner with the Scorpions.
It has not been confirmed but when California Radio stations start talking this is usually the case.
Sound like a swap tour with each band talking the lead every other show.

STP??? Wow!! What a lineup this is gonna be. Finally, MJ's words have come true when he said they were working on a big package for America. Yeah it's a little late and it's the last tour, but I love it just the same. I just wish I could see them with Cinderella!!! sigh....

I almost fell on the floor when I heard the news.
They also said there might be one more act.
Not sure why?? Three bands is enough and they have to many folks and we want a full set list.
Just hope the Scorpions do more than a dozen songs.

I think I best get my passport at the ready and start getting some dollars together to come over the pond to see at least one of the shows - doubt they will have Van Halen etc with them when they tour the UK and the rest of Europe.

George this would be awesome..but please hold back the excitement until it's confirmed..i remember that same radio station confirming back in early 2007 that the Scorps would be on Ozzfest 2007 and that never happen and then a month later they confirmed that the Scorps would be touring with Meatloaf and that never happen...So who knows...but a Scorps/Van Halen tour would be amazing..two great bands managed by Azoff..

George i'm dead serious..98 rock said alot of rumors back in 2007 and nothing came true...but i will keep my fingers crossed for this tour..VH was awesome back in 2008 with DLR...
