It's amazing to me how accessible the guys are to Europeans. Here in the States, it takes the FBI to find out where they are staying!! UNLESS you are a friend of the band. But I am glad for those of you who ARE able to find out and hobknob with the boys, eh?

Kristof I have to say again that you are such a great father to bring ur son to meet all the band!! I know they love their young fans!!! Keep rawkin!!

Hi everybody!
There are so many great reviews there, that's I'd like to describe not facts, but only my emotions. And they aren't objective, but very personal. Couse I love the Scorpions. I love all of them, but especially Meine. His magic voice, his eyes, smile... Every show is as like as an appointment for me. I wait it, think about it, dream... It seemed to me that Klaus smiled me twice in Essen. But I know every girl standing in front of the stage can say the same. It is love... It's joke, of course, to be seriously: the show was amazing for me. I was standing in the 3-d row in front of the centre of stage( behind of the Italians fans). The guys were living on the stage 'on the same wave' with us, their fans. Great thanks for their positive, energy and drive we all were feeling. But I wanted one more song in the end, maybe No One Like You... So, I'll hope they will sing it next time. And I'll wait it, think about it, dream... See you later, my Scorpions!!!
P.S. Great thanks for all your pictures, scorps' fans! With MP3-recods they will return me to this unforgettable Night to Remember!

Hi, I´m back from our rock trip

At first I was in LUDWIGSBURG and than in ESSEN. Amazing shows and so different! I´m very hapy that I could be on these special shows. It was my first show with orchestra and my second with Uli and Michael. (now I missing just acoustic show…)

Ludwigsburg is about 850 km from Ostrava. We went by car. On Wednesday we had first stop in Prag with sleeping. On Thursday we arrived to Ludwigsburg arena about 17h. We met Pawel and we spent great time with him and his nice polish friends from orchestra. We talk about polish and czech singers and we sang together some fun czech and polisch songs. I was pleased because our languages are similar and we all live in the one region Silesia. James signed my Czech flag and gave me signed big poster „Rock the Barock“. And my best moment of day: Greeting and hugs with Klaus and fast photo with him I was so happy when KLAUS said my name and I know that he remember me! THANKS!!

I must say that it´s very strange to see Scorpions show with sitting people... no jumping fans in front rows... It was very hard for me… I was standing and jumping on the Matthias side with few fan-friends who couldn´t sit too At first we were just 4 people and than came more people I think that Matthias was pleased that rocks fans are on his side and he kept smile whole show between songs we were screaming… we got drumsticks from Klaus and picks from Matthias ans Pawel
During last three songs (!!!) security said us that we must sit down I sat one song … fortunately within Wind of Change lot of people stoond up and security left it be
I thing that boys were very concentraded for playing with orchestra. It must be more difficult for them than „common“ rock show. I missed Rudi´s typical poses within the show but finally Rudi came to our side and made rock poses for us

After show we met Pawel and his polish friends once again and we had a little afterparty. We met there David from Mannheim and girls from Poland Magda and Paulina. David helped to carry big box from the stage with crew:) Thank you David for Metal Hammer with history of Scorpions (impossible to buy it in my country). Very nice from you!
Pawel told me that Scorpions played one day before in TV show in Berlin and Former Czech President Václav Havel was awarded the Goldene Henne (Golden Hen) by the German media for his "courage in the revolutionary year of 1989 and a lifetime of political work."

On Friday we went from Stuttgart to Essen (about 400 km). We arrived in peak traffic. I had bad day. I put in to our car´s GPS bad address of our hotel. We arrived to bad hotel!!!!!! We was standing on reception with all baggage. They searched our reservation for long time in their computer. I was very nervous because I wanted stand front of the Gruga hall already…. finally we found our confirmation of reservation and I had a shock – there was another name of hotel No comment…. I´m crazy one week before and after every show
We went back to centre to find our right hotel. There was some problem with parking in garage. Our hotel´s parking card was blocked and we could go out from hotel´s garage and time ran!

We arrived short time before the show. I didn´t catch meet and greet because we were in car and findig right hotel... but I had big luck and I saw Klaus for short time too I forgot about todays problems and this day started be nice for me. Klaus is a sun in my soul

In first row was very hot! I have never seen so much pyro on the show Amazing surprise!!!
THIS SHOW WAS ONE FROM MY BEST! Flags on the stage, the band in good mood, great audience.... and you can see the „killing“ setlist I love the song Doctor Doctor with Klaus vocal and Michael´s guitar. I have video of whole this song in my camera Small papers flew in the air finally.... nice.

Concert stick was GREAT IDEA!!! I´m happy for this record.

After the show we went to their hotel. There we met lot of fans waiting for the band. I remember names Elton, Salvatore and Vladimir and boys from Germany.
VLADIMIR, nice to meet you again I like your reviews!!! I hope for some show in Czech Republic with you and our friend Vidu. You are really hard fan in my eyes Your travelling for show was not easy. Big respect to you. Name of my husband is Pavel (czech) not Pawel (polish) hahaha .... but it sounds same
I met there one nice women from Germany. I don´t remember the name we talk about the bands and our similar lifestyle. If you are on the forum or if you reading it, please send me PM. I would like be in touch with you.

Matthias was absolutely the best Scorpion of this evening He spent very long time with fans in hotel. Rudolf and Klaus came to speak with fans too but shorter time. ( I understand that they wanted be with Uli and their families.)

On Saturday we went back to Czech Republic. It was really interesting way. GPS navigation in our car read my thought ... because it chose the route via Hannover!!! It was longer way but I have great pictures with name of best city on the world Hm, would be great to have address of Hannover´s studio in our GPS

We slept in a small Czech town close to border (about 650 km from Essen). On Sunday we went home via Prag. We stopped in Hard Rock Café Prag and in the evening we arrived to Ostrava (last 400 km from Prag).

I hope that my next show will be in ZABRZE

I just saw Uli in a restaurant sitting near to Klaus and some other people. It was too late (or maybe to early already ) and I thought that soon he will leave the restaurant. Especially I was waiting mostly for him that evening. So I decided to wait!

that has nothing to do with gentleman, you're italian. It is always hard for us german men when someone from your country is around.
It was the biggest fault to let your countrymen in our land in the 60s. You took all our women and we all had had to change our lifestyle. All of a sudden we had to wash ourselves more than once a week and the women noticed a beer jelly doesn't come from the genes or is simply a matter of nature. And we also couldn't tell our wifes anymore that it is already written in the bible that you have to wear jogging trousers, undershirt and slippers the whole weekend.

I think about this all the time! How I will handle this "problem" in Zabrze... I almost jump even If I listen them on the bus in my mp3 player, so how can I sit during live show

Hi Hans,

You will not belive me …. I had 5 year old camera (nikon coolpix 3700). Easy camera doing good pictures and super videos!! Very small display was only one problem.

On April this year (before Budapest show) I bought new camera. The same trade mark (nikon coolpix S610) just new „better“ model with big display and some new added functions. I was excited by big display – I can see now, if the picture will be good…. But sound of recorded videos from the show is in horrible quality!!! Speaking is normal but music is very bad I was very disappointed when I saw my videos from shows in Budapest, Košice and Gdansk… it would be better without sound
I reclaimed it in shop. They said me after ONE month checking that this „normal“ sound of this camera. Pictures are in so good quality that videos aren´t important for this model....

Now I must take TWO cameras on the show I have older one for videos and new one for pictures…. no comment..... It´s very uncomfortable for me within the shows… bud pictures and videos are good

I wanted meet you too but immediately after show I run for concert stick. I don´t know if you was later in the hotel? There I saw lot of fans… but I don´t know all names or nicknames and faces….
