It was a great show once again, maybe the little rest they had in France, helped them to present
themselves in front of the audience like it was just one of the first shows of the tour ........
I need a rest too, pics and review to follow, just one thing :
I am so sorry I wasn't able to see you Jurgen, it will be for the next time.
Chris, it is always a huge pleasure to see you

Ok, welcome back....wolf  I am so glad you had a great show to experience and things went as you planned :D

Well my trip wasn't the best one as far as I stood stuck in Gotthard tunnel for 3 hours
Anyway, we arrived in Colmar saturday close to midnight. On sunday I went to see the Parc des expositions and it was near by my hotel. Then we went for a walk in the city, I have to say Colmar is beautiful as always. It was also the wine presentation, so it couldn't be better :D
Riesling is my favourite

We went to the venue at 17 :00 and the doors opened at 19:00, the venue was full in a few time. It is really a good thing to see 10 000 people at time
France and SCORPIONS respect each other in a reciprocal way and it was great to be part of such audience, so thank you France and particularly Colmar for the hospitality.

The band who opened for them, Karelia was in good sharp, too
Sure most of people were there for SCORPIONS but it was a good warm up, anyway

I am not talking about the setlist here cause it doesn't care that much to me, as I said before SCORPIONS have never disappointed me LIVE. The band was in a good shape and I found Pawel more involved this time, I liked it very much.
These are some of my pics that I want to share with everyone here...
Watch on photobucket.com

I saw Christine near the first row and I went behind her on Matthias side, so most of the pics have him as subject. fter the show we had our usual talk than I saw her boyfriend and we stopped for a few minutes talking of more and less....

The day after I went to visit Baden Baden in Germany ( as a good friend of mine recommended me, thank you very much Chris  ) which is a beautiful thermal city
and in the evening I went to Freiburg Im Bresigau and yesterday coming home I stopped to visit Basel in Switzerland.
It was a short vacation, but absolutely the best I could make in three days
I like MERCEDES and PORSCHE as well, but SCORPIONS are the best german engine

They are UNBREAKABLE !!!

Hi Elton,

Your photos are so clear and high quarity.
I can see the band members' face expression very well.
Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
What kind camera did you use?

Barden-Barden is such a famous place and someday I would like to visit there.
Did you go to the Black Forest, too?
What is Basel like?

It must've been so fun if Pawel wore some fun caps (Like the yellow helmet  ) or interesting sunglasses or something again.
When I saw him wearing the yellow helmet at the last show in Finland(was it?), he reminded me of the band "Village People!"
Why don't we prepare something for him from now on?
I see Mr. Schenker was wearing a cool hat.

The Scorpions' shows are the best! 8)

Toshiko, I used a compact SONY here. It takes very patience because they are moving all the time.......

About the cities I visit you can see these pics,

Black forest question, no this time I went back from the highway, have seen only the southern part of it, from Innsbruck to Munich. There is a little town called Mittenwald that is amazing

Hi Elton,

Thank you for the videos and beautiful pictures of the cities!
You recorded the whole song during the Zoo!
People usually want to catch the drumstick so they move the camera left and right and give us sea sick, but you did it very patiently!!!
Well done, Elton! Well done!
I wonder why Klaus went to the side are of the stage after this song.

Movie star photo?

They should write there is a sea on the way these places or someone might fall off into the sea.

This photo reminds me of the night in Hannover.

May I post some of these beautiful cities photos in my Japanese blog to introduce to my friends?

By the way, Mad Dog has a facebook and I asked him to send e-mail to ask you to add to his site.
I hope it was ok for you.
