KriSTeeN I´m very sorry for you. I saw Wolfgang too. He had really some free tickets for fans from forum who went long way and couldn´t buy tickets because the show was sold out...

Hello there, first of all I should say that for me and nikshark it was the first concert we've been together, it was the first time I saw scorps out of russia and the first time I could see other ppl from this forum besides Nik.
Well, our adventure has begun in may when we were thinking about the festival, and we got a great opportunity of avia tickets (less than 200 euro both ways for us two), but also right after we bought our avia tickets we found out that show was already sold out..for 2 months be4 the show!!! We even couldn't imagine that festival could be only for 2000 ppl (but I think there were about 4000 ppl there). And even if the show was sold out we decided to go all the same..
So, friday morning we landed in Milan where Adrian picked us by his car and also we picked there Devid (crazy man). After 8 hours under rainstorm we finally arrived in Singen in the evening..It was raining like shower and cold like in november. But we decided to go to some pub to drink several beers...unfortunatly we didn't find any pub, just a little bar where served beer also but music was ***. Nevermind, in 5 minutes the barman put a CD with rock music and the first one was RYLAH    Back in our hostel late and only the head touched pillow I fell asleep. In the morning we decided to look for arena.. The castle was on the top of the hill and we should stay a car on the half way coz the road was closed...and about a km we had to go by feet to that hill which was sooo high.. So, when we got to arena we almost died  :? And it was still raining but fortunatly not that cold like a day be4. So, after we checked arena which was really so small and first we thought there couldn't be even 1000 ppl (but in the end I think there were about 4000-5000 ppl). Also we asked ppl from crew about if it's possible somehow to get a ticket or a pass but they all said that it's impossible and there r enough ppl besides us without tickets who'll be backstage. Ok, we went down, took car, went to italian trattoria and discussed about how to get on the show.
Pawel told me that will include us in the list and will call (but nothing), Juze said to Adrian that 2 ppl can pass with him...but we were 5 in our company and or we passing all together or nobody. So, in the afternoon Cristina arrived and we picked her on the railway station, we told her all the situation that we r without tickets, without passes and we don't know how to get into the arena. So, in the hostel we wrote on the paper "NEED 5 TICKETS" and went to the castle again.. In about half an hour we bought em all and we were with tickets right at the time when gates were opened.. So, we overpassed all the ppl (I dunno how, coz it was second time for the day running up there and it was really high) and got the first row. I was standing right front of Matthias. All the first row was international and mostly there were italians  8) While we were waiting for the concert there was Wolfgang which was searching for Kristeen but even if he recognized Adrian and Nik he didn't call backstage nobody for us (and as I read be4 by Renata and David he got several passes). Anyway after we got the first row we didn't care of backstage.
Between the stage and the first row there was a zone for reporters and I asked one of them in english to make a photo of our company, he did and after asked where I am from. I said that I'm from Russia, Cris said that she's from Romania, Nik is from Sicily and also Adrian and Devid from Italy. And that reporter was so impressed by our international company and such a long trip just for the concert. And asked for a little interview for german TV! :) Yes, we r crazy! 8)
During first 3 songs he was recording the concert but also turned the camera on us several times:mrgreen: Then all reporters were kicked and we were right front of the band. They all recognized us, saluted everyone by gestures and were in a great mood coz of our support 8) We've been rocking like hell, singing all the songs...and even all german ppl around were singing and really it was a great welcome and great support to the band. During Kottak Attack when James clapped hands and then stopped, all the ppl also stopped immediately from the first attempt that James even said "WOW!" Klaus as always threw lots of drumsticks and for us in the first row he throw drumsticks to everybody right in the hands :) Scorps played really very very good, Klaus still can sing  :) When I and Critina were making pix they specially were making poses  After RYLAH they should stop (I got a setlist from Achim) but all the ppl were screaming smth like "we want more!" and convinced guys to play one more song :P 8) And Nik said: "when the smoke is going down"! He was right anyway and me also was expecting "when the smoke is going down" or "a moment in a million years". So, they played about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Right after the concert that reporter again found us for the interview  And he asked our impression after the concert :) And it was amazing concert! Not coz of set list but coz of the atmosphere of the show, of great performance and cool rocking ppl around :P :P :P Btw, there were also Marcel (the son of Rudolf) with his sons :D They even were on stage be4 the concert and kids saluted us  The older one is a little copy of Rudy and soooo sweeet
After the concert Klaus, Rudolf and Matthias went home and only Pawel stayed in the hotel in Switzerland in about 30 kms far from Singen. We also went there, Nik presented to Pawel a bottle of typical Sicilian alcoholic drink and he was so glad of it  And we drank that bottle all together from the same glass coz of in that 5 stars hotel there r no about 15 plastic glasses. Then others presented a bottle of Slyvovitz (sorry, if I didn't spell it right), the strong polish drink..and we also drank it by the round (but from the other glass). So, Pawel was asking fans by himself what wanna to drink: mandarin liqueur or slyvovitz  We talked with him about an hour about new album, about dvd, about which we prefer HH1 or Unbreakable. It was a very nice talk and then Pawel went to sleep and we went to the fast food to eat smth, back in the hostel at about 3 am and in the morning left home. Back sunday night but we r still tired and can't get in form

P.S. I have some questions to Wolfgang.. I sent him 2 PMs in may and he didn't respond to any of them when I asked to help with tickets for the show. And we didn't need exactly backstage, we simply wanted to be on the show and buy tickets. And as I read here to the other fans he sent messages by himself inviting to the show and those fans he included in the list. And why for example if he got several passes be4 the show when he went to us he didn't invite nobody from us there? Why some fans have such privelege to go backstage and other fans no? When we were without tickets but already payed trip it was a critical situation for us, I wouldn't ask for a help if we could buy tickets normal way. But he ignored us and from the other side called others.

Hello Inna,

I have to apologize to other Fosers in this topic who wrote their reviews, but this Singenreview was absolutely the best for me, brilliant, really!
I laughed of your situation that as an "extra" of our Scorps, you got a great excursion too, yes, no doubt, everybody needs a little moving of body lol.

You were really lively and I am glad that you could buy tickets for your selves finally and that you watched a superb show.
Hey, and you deserved that miny party with Pawel, he was really nice to you as he is always to his fans.

Woww, woww, my big kisses for your sons-in-law Rudolf.

I understand your critical situation. I had a similar problem! But It was my crazy decision go there without ticket and to hope for some help. It was only big luck that everything was O.K. for me and I could be on the show. I think that Wolfgang (and all people around the band) tried do his best!! But he can´t wait 5 hours before the show in front of the areal with tickets  I think that it´s more complicated that we can see
I think that this is absolute unreal with another band!! We can try write on page of Metallica or AC/DC that we haven´t tickets for their sold out show ......

Ok, I'm not the expert on strong alcoholic drinks... Anyway for me the fave drink is beer

It's a bit different situation. When we were thinking about the FESTIVAL and OPEN AIR we even didn't expect that it's just for 3000 ppl around. And when we bought tickets on plane we even couldn't imagine that it can be sold out! We couldn't already cancel the flight, we'd simply lose money. If we'd know that it's sold out be4 bought avia tickets we simply wouldn't go. And when I sent private message to wolfgang with a quote of Matthias reply where he said that we r to contact him, Wolfgang at least could reply something. And also if he got several free passes he could call for us right be4 the show when met us at the first row. And I don't think that if u go to the page of ACDC u read on the forum that some forum members so easily go backstage and for the rest it's always closed. And anyway when I wrote to Pawel and Matthias about our situation at least they both answered me. I don't guilt ppl who were backstage and I don't envy them (at least coz we also enjoyed the show and I suppose even more than those who were backstage). But I guilt Wolfgang for his unfair work here. And I wanna know his criterium by which he chose ppl for backstage.

I loved reading all the reviews here ... but Inna yours was great. I loved all the details. Your climb to the venue reminds me of climbing up to Red Rocks and your meeting with all the people from different countries reminds me of when I went to Germany in 2000. There were 15 of us from 7 different countries ...that makes it an even better experience. Thank you so much for sharing your review.

> okay, but be fair! This is not the problm of the band, Wolfgnag or something else! If you want to go to a concert with NO tickets, that will be your own problem to go in!
And when I sent private message to wolfgang with a quote of Matthias reply where he said that we r to contact him, Wolfgang at least could reply something.

> i write sometimes to Matthias: NO ANSWER from him! What can i do? Nothing!
> send pawel some SMS: NO ANSWER from him! The same...
I know Wolfgang only from here and meet him sometimes. But can you imagine, that he became so many PM's, Mails and others from Fans? He's only the Webmaster and he can only ask the tourmanger for Backstagepasses or freetickets. And first of all: it's not he's first profesional to be the webmaster . . .
And it's so easy for Matthias to say: call Wolfgang . . . or isn't?!

And also if he got several free passes he could call for us right be4 the show when met us at the first row. And I don't think that if u go to the page of ACDC u read on the forum that some forum members so easily go backstage and for the rest it's always closed.

> not interessted on AC/DC . . .

And I wanna know his criterium by which he chose ppl for backstage

> not all people going backstage with the help of Wolfgang!!!
Sometimes i ask by myself too why any peoples can go there . . . Who know's?

FACT is: no tickets - no show! Or ou have to be lucky to buy on the evening of the show!
Hope for next time to meet the band, wherever it's possible: on stage, backstage or at the hotel...

I know Wolfgang only from here and meet him sometimes. But can you imagine, that he became so many PM's, Mails and others from Fans? He's only the Webmaster and he can only ask the tourmanger for Backstagepasses or freetickets. And first of all: it's not he's first profesional to be the webmaster . . .
And it's so easy for Matthias to say: call Wolfgang . . . or isn't?!

This is the same what I want to say. I understand that situation before the show can be sometimes really hard…. But it´s only our problem. We must find all informations about the show and about place of the show before the decision to go.
I rode 1000 km by car from Czech Republic. I had big luck and I could go into areal. The luck to be in right time on right place It sounds easy but it was big stress to be there before the sold out show without tickets :(
I knew about possibility that my trip could be without the show… But it isn´t problem of the band or webmaster!
His mailbox must be full of fan´s requests….. Impossible to help every one :(
I think that Wolfgang is friendly to ALL fans and he does his best

Fortunately everything was good!!!
Great show... great party with Pawel....

THX FOR ALL WHO LIKED MY REVIEW :) :) :)

As about my questions to Wolfgang, they were to Wolfgang (but I think he will ignore them like ignored my private messages). I didn't pretend on that he gave us passes but to answer SMTH is his job here. I don't think Matthias has less messages in his box but he answered smth. So, Wolfgang also could say that there's backstage only for close ppl. But I really wanna know why he chose exact ppl to go and exact others no.

well, just to explain once again what happened.....

When we decided to go to see this show the tickets were still on sale.So Nik and Inna bought the plane-tickets to fly to Milan, but.....when finally we were going to buy the tickets for the show.....it was sold out......
So what to do?They couldn't lose the money for the plane, so we decided to go in Germany.
At this point we asked some help, but for help i don't mean backstage pass, but just some information how we could BUY the tickets.Becouse we didn't pretend to be to the show for free,we didn't pretend to get backstage passes, and as well we WANTED to pay our tickets to be to the show.
That's why we are disappointed that Wolfgang didn't reply to Inna's message, we were looking for information, and well, Matthias and Pavel replied to her but not Wolfgang.

But ok......we've been to the show, we met good friends, and we had great time togheter, can't wait for the next one!!!!!!

rock'on!!!!!!
I'M PROUD THAT I'VE BEEN.......I'M......AND I'LL BE FOREVER YOUR FAN
YOU'RE THE BEST IN THE WORLD FOR EVERYTHING, THANKS FOR ALL YOU GAVE ME IN ALL THIS YEARS......FOREVER IN MY HEART AND IN MY LIFE

And also I think it should be some info on the site about the kind of arena.. Coz for example if u read a FESTIVAL and OPEN AIR u expect like there should be at least 50 000 ppl and it's almost impossible sold out. But then we found out that it's just "spaghetti fest" with food and drinks inside and for maximum 5000 ppl...And yes, we didn't pretend on exactly backstage but I asked to help us somehow. Like maybe besides site there r cashboxes where u can buy tickets or maybe there were some tickets in his hands (and we could pay).. Or at least he could say to try to ask ppl near the place to sell us tickets and tell us how it sounds in german..But he didn't reply anything.
