I don't think so the few ticket sale are the reason of the cancelation, it's a real accident !

Scorpions don't like cancel their show, for any reasons. In December 2007 Rudy hurt his foot during the show in Clermont-Ferrand (F), he has continu the show and the tour !

I'm sorry to heard this idea from you Marina :?

And what sorry...?It`s not my city...I don`t care..
One thing -they played(you said),another thing -them didn`t give first payment....did you understand difference?

:x
Marina,

I rather will accept Wolfgang and Sherry's warnings, but I can't keep inside my thought that this comment of yours is the most selfish one on this forum that I have ever read since 2004.
I would like to believe that I just misunderstood your post because of your disaster english, it would be the better case than to believe that I do now.
You said: "What sorry? It's not my city. I don't care."
You know, there was anything because of the show was cancelled, it was a real technical problem or just a business problem, it is not important for me, my maximal simpathy is for Galya and for other fans, who had to miss the show, evenif Novosibirsk isn't really my city.
I live quite far from it, but I understand Galya's and others saddeness.

Anyway, when will you learn to accept others' opinions too here?
I mean Vladimir/Scorpfanuqraine's one.
He is an intelligent, cultivated guy, so he exactly knows what he speaks and why.
You liked the show through the videos, he didn't like it live, he has every right not to like it.
It is not question of: "It is not true." or it is true.
Opinions and people's feelings are subjective.
Klaus-THE SPECIAL ONE,
Rudolf-THE WISE ONE,
Matthias-THE COOL ONE,
Pawe-THE SIMPLE ONE,
James-THE CRAZY ONE,
The Scorpions are THE NICEST GUYS.

I'm not going to Moscow show first of all because of my work. But even if I'll have time I won't go there. I don't want to see the same show again. I don't want to offend anyone but I really can't understand those who visit many shows during one tour as these shows are the same. I know it's great to travel, to meet other fans but to see the same show again and again seems crazy to me.My dream is to see some kind of re-union show one day. I mean show with Uli, Michael, Herman and other ex-band members.

I just hope that the band will take in considation, comments like yours and maybe will see the fans'point of view...a lot of people complain about it over the years and for some reason the band ignore them.
I don't think that Iron Maiden are crazy guys that did a tour based on their 4first albums, then of their entire album presented live, then on the tour based on Live after death etc etc etc, their success is an example to follow...

My friend Vladimir! I can say counter-exaple too. In 2007 I had been two concerts under three days...in Ostrava and Bratislava. And I have to say that the Scorps changed the setlist.

What a sweet sweet thing to say Angel girl!! I so wish I could meet some of my girls around the world. I was supposed to be in Athens this year and the economy, plus not finding a job, made that impossible. And it just so happens it's going to be their best show in years!!! :? When I started making the plans last year, the tour hadn't even been announced but I knew they would come. Who knew they were going to make it another Wacken; actually better?
But Russia seems soooo very far away. That's the only country I have seen with a hundred different time zones!!

First of all I've seen their FULL show and I saw it LIVE from the first rows. You saw 3 videos shot on 1 camera with AUD sound. So you can't complain it with my experience.
The second thing is my subjective opinion. Gabi wrote it upper. You can like what you've seen and I can't. I don't want to impose it to anybody. I repeat that I just wrote what I've seen.

Also I would like to ask you to respect other forum members' opinions. And don't write such posts as you write about Gabi. She's one of the respected forum members since a long time, very kind and always tries to be objective. If you don't like someone it's not necessary to write it here.

My friend! Of course they sometimes change their setlist but just few songs. And if they change these few songs it's always the same. The problem with Scorps setlist is more global. And you're one of these hardcore fans who can understand me.
The last year's Russian tour was really surprising because they added great songs which they didn't played since a long time (Alien Nation, No Pain No Gain, A Moment In A Million Years), played just once (Living For Tomorrow) or never played (Hey You). And of course the rest of the set was really great classics! Can't say it about this year's tour :(

Yes,of course,you ask me,but I saying what I want,O.K?And by the way I communicate there more often
than you, even you were registrated a long time ago.You come here very rare and very bad knowing your
kind friend.

I'm not a webmaster to tell you what you can write here and what you can't. I'm not your parents to teach you how to communicate with people. But it always was a place where people just discuss their favourite band and nobody want to fight with each other. I just gently asked you not to do it.
No matter if I come here rare. I have some reasons not to come here often. But that's a topic of other discussion.

ScorpfanUkraine, I think all of us are going to be shocked and awed by the Athens' setlist!!! Just a guess!! But just wait, I think they are going to rival Wacken, thereby salvaging their summer tour from this disasterous beginning!!!

BTW you read MJ's report about Rostov, right? It seems he was extremely pleased with that show!! :P

I just wanna join to Vladimir about the setlist.. Well, it's 3d scorpions tour by Russia and always during the tour it's the same setlist (maybe just 1-2 song can be changed). Of course when they will play in Greece with guests the set will be different like in Wacken.. But it's like a special project, it's not the complete tour with guests.. And I also don't understand the reason to travel from city to city just to see again the same show.. If I was in Russia I would go to St Pete this tour of course (but mostly coz of Alice Cooper   ) and coz of my classmate who's living there also invited me and I wouldn't need to care about where to sleep  .
Marina, of course u may post what u want if u also don't care about ur reputation here. And if u wanna be respected u r to respect others as well. Although, at least even if u really don't care about others who missed the show u could not post it here.
Btw, when delphine said that she's sorry she meant that she's sad to hear those words from u, not that she's sad for u (but I bet for all who missed that Novosibirsk's show)...But I dunno if u can catch the difference

Well my friends,
This setlist thing is interesting.
I have got your point of view Inna and Vladimir, you might be right, although I don't mind that I was at two shows in two days, the set s were the same in Budapest and Kosice.
Oh no, the show in Kosice was abit shorter.
However, I enjoyed spending time with my friends during those days, and every and each show has its own personal atmosphere for me.
There aren't two total same shows.
I will be frank here in publish: I prefered the Budapest show to the Kosice one this April.
You can find something at a show that you can't in another total the same kinda stuff.
Ok, but it is just my opinion, not an arguement with anybody.

Gabi, I agree with you  Budapest and Košice were great!
What can be better than Scorpions show?? Two Scorpions show in one week

Maybe it´s crazy to travel from city to city (often in different countries) just to see again the "same" show... But I like it!!!
Good time spent with the band and fan-friends.

Personally, I think that there is so much going on and you can't possibly see what Klaus is doing while watching Matthias, or what Rudolf is doing when watching James, etc. So by going to several cities you can see different things at different times. Whose to say that in one city you won't be at the stage and flirt with Klaus or M, while in another city you aren't and can take pictures, etc. The possibilites are endless and advantageous by going to several shows. As much as I have missed, I could never go to enough cities. But it also would be nice if they changed up the setlist from time to time.

You can listen a CD 1million times it's exactely the same, absolutely nothing different each time !!!

But a show, even if the same set list, it's always different: the sound is different, the audience is different, the band is in different mood.

If you can listen a CD many time by day, why not see many show in few days ?this is my answer when ppl tell me "what  ? you go to see scorps ? again !?!"

Add to this, Scorpions are not young, so I'm like Renata, Ana, Pavel and Magda and many other ppl, I want to see them most of possible.

Of course, I would like new songs, but the most important for me is to have good time with them.

Renata, I think you misunderstood. By going to several shows, it's different cuz then you will see the same person but in a different way. For example: you will look at Matthias and he will do sthg different than the other show; like kick up his feet. Or Klaus will stick out his tongue and you didn't see that the last show. :P So many possibilites to see more things when you go to several shows. Does that make it clearer, I hope!!!
So absolutely go to several shows if one can.
