I know that we'll see Scorps again in future, but this concert was an opportunity to see great bands TOGETHER on stage. It's like.......stealing a candy from a child... or saying that his birthday won't be celebrated...
Some people were waiting for this event for many months.... I already had my tickets in february...

However, there's a good point - the singers of bands will have one more day-off for their voices.
PS: it's so strange when sb calls me by nickname I already got used to see "hey, Galya!"

Dear Lord Galya I just saw this!!! How terribly sad for you!!! But, and I am not trying to diminish you missing out on a lifetime show, I am so grateful to God that none of our boys were there and they got hurt (like Len alluded to)!!! It's already scary to me that they fly so much around our great world when one hears of plane.....well I won't go there.
I just wish there was a way you could see them still. They should fly all of OUR members that missed out, to one of the other shows and put them on stage with them in compensation!! With YOU dancing on stage, eh?

Here is the translation:

Moscow - In Siberia is a few hours before an open-air concert, inter alia, with the Scorpions on stage under the weight of the amplifier and other technology collapsed.

Thx for that Sarah. How stupid, the organizers didn't have a strong enough stage for a legend like Scorpions?? I sure hope that the next town they will and that someone tests all cities from now on before our boys get on ANY stage. I also hope that this doesn't change their new stage setup with the platform and the scorpion.

I 'm so sorry for you !!
I know how you were so exited about this show, I'm so desapointed for you.
It's happened to me for my "1st" show in 1996, it was cancelled the last day, Rudy hurt his back the day before on an other show.
I remember that I was very very sad and desapointed, I wait 3 years to see them. but it was medical issue it's understanding, but here .... I really don't understand how this kind of problem could happen !!

I'm very very sorry for you and all the fan there.

Maybe yet Marina understand why I stress before each show, we never know what could happen

Well it's the day for the Khabarovsk show and I was waiting for Sherry to start the topic so I could say this....here is hoping and praying for the boys and their health and safety at all times throughout the Russian tour!!! Here is to an amazing and joyful time tonite guys!!!

FYI: Ironically, it's still Saturday and is 5:50 in the afternoon here in Colorado, while it's Sunday 10:50 AM, the morning of this particular city's show!!!! Weird!! hahaha

Hi my dear Galya-sis,

As I have already e-mailed it to you, I am totally speechless and shocked.
I am so very sorry for all happenings.
I am grateful that nobody was there during the crash, but this fact doesn't change fans' bad and disapointed feeling, it is a normal human-reaction.
I exactly know how you are feeling now, because my anger was limitless when Uli's concert was cancelled in Budapest in 2006 a few days before the show.
We fans always have a horrible feeling in these cases evenif we know racional facts.

Galya my dear, I don't want to post any sappy commonplace here eccept that my simpathy is for you.

I noticed George that you mentioned about the equipment on the other topic and I was thinking the same thing when I read James' post. How much of it belonged to the guys? Remember the hurricane in 2007, they had some of their equipment destroyed then too. I am hoping their huge screen wasn't damaged or God forbid any of their guitars or drums!!!
