You're very lucky  hahaha but I'm very stressed girl, in terms of study, you know?
That's so hard to get into an University that I get anxious and anxious. And that disturbs me a lot.
That's why I have a gastritis and also a new problem ¬¬ but okay, I can handle that to some months from now. (:

Yes, I think so! Russia is a fascinant country. Well, I gues Germany and Russia are the love of my life   I have a connection with them since I'm a little child - don't ask me why, but everything I used to see about Russia and Germany is still on my desk. And one of my dreams is to visit Moscow, the red side and so on...
So beautiful and interesting! Their histories are very cool... And so is the system, as you said!
(:

I hope your plans to work out as well! You deserve it a lot! :D

Oh I´m veru anxious too, but all the time. I think that´s something that got in the way of my guitar learning. I got so stressed out with other things, i couldn´t concentrate on my studying. What usually helps me is alternative therapy like breathing exercises to relax the body and the mind, relaxing songs and sounds.... Mysticism help a lot actually. I try to do it every night. If you need any help on that let me know!

I think Rusiie is a beautiful place but I confess I don´t know much about, even though I have friends from Russia and Germany too. I´d love to travel anywhere!!! I wouldn´t say live in anywhere else, I like Porto Alegre very much, but I´d love to spend sometime here, there, everywhere. Just always somewhere hihihi

And thank you for your wishes! We both deserve it

Uhm, I know how do you feel :( Well, I never tried this kind of therapy. But most of people told me about Yoga and meditation in general.
For relaxing, I usually play my guitar and sing for, at least, 1 hour a day  but I also have some kind of therapy. Well, I wouldn't say "therapy", cuz actually it's not one. It's a kind of concentration in which you must put all your thoughts away from you mind and think in places where you would like to go, so you must imagine, at first, 3 numbers "3" in different colors; then, 2 numbers "2" in other different colors; at last, the number 1 in your favortie color and then imagine the place you would like to be that time. You will go in trance. That's kinda good, it helps to get into sleep.
But I have other rituals, because of my "religion". :D

I would like to know about your therapy, it would be nice, thanks :)

I agree with you, I love Brazil. I love São Paulo and I cannot wait to move myself to the center, I love there^^" But I would like to live (well, spend a time, as you said, I think it's better!) a bit in each place... Also POA! Then, Londrina, Recife, Natal, Manaus, Brasília. Aboard, Germany, Russia, England, Italy, France, Mexico!
And yeeees, always somewhere, hahaha!

 If you need some help with the guitar, we can exchange some video lessons, you know? Haha.
Anything, just tell me. (:

Your meditation seems very interesting! I´ll try it ;)
Mine is very simple and you can do it anytuime, anywhere. I love to work with my breathing. So if you are at home, it´s nice to do it in silence. Be careful with the sound pollution, they can bother you sometimes. But all you have to do, is just pay attention to your breathing. You can start slowly, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. When inhaling, you must feel every inch of air running through your body, the way in and the way out. This helps get your mind away from your problems and things that bother you, it soothes you. The sound of your breathing can be very relaxing too, so just isten to it, you´ll start finding your own rhythm and you´ll like it. You usually feel very calm doing this exercises and it helps you to sleep well too. Just be careful not to hyperventilate hehe
When I´m in the streets, sometimes you have to run to catch a bus, or climb a hill and that can get you exhausted and causes your body to stress out. So even though you feel like breathing really fast, it´s important to breath with your normal rhythm. This one can be a bit difficult, it seems impossible at first but you´ll manage to do it eventually. Usually when I do this, I don´t feel so exhausted anymore. It feel like energy regained.

I also like to work with smells (oil essences and incenses) and soothing sounds like those meditation CDs, but I feel they work better when i do my breathing exercises. After all, these relaxation techniques only work if you really believe them, Your mind must be open to receive it, if not, nothing will ever work. I´ve been there... heheh

About the guitar, I have received an email from a friend, she wants to practice with me every saturday. I think it´s a nice idea, maybe I´ll commit for real now. But still, i gotta remember the basic chords hahaha gotta practice them to move forward, then I´d sure appreciate some help!

That seems kinda relaxing, really...
Uhm, I can believe it works, otherwise I wouldn't believe my witche's rituals :D

And yeees  I always have some problems with hyperventilation  terrible! haha
I can write here other kind of relaxing techniques, if you want (:
I love one in which you must sing your favorite song, while walking veeery slowly through a circle you must drawn. I can explain it, if you're interested.

Okay, that's nice! Your friend will be a really good help, 'cause you can satiate your doubts right at that time... ^^"
But if you want some videos, I can record it for you, okay? Just let me know.
(:

oh so you like wicthes ritual?? I used to be into Wicca and stuff, but when i was younger, As I grew, I just didn´t feel interested anymore, but I still believe a lot in nature and its power. I like to believe it makes me feel better and it´s the resource for my own power and well being.

I was doing my breathing exercise yesterday, in bed, and I hyperventilated... hahaha Thank god I was already in bed, cause I got really dizzy.

I´d love to hear more about your relaxing techniques! Maybe we can talk more about it on msn, we´ve been hogging this topic for quite a while now

my msn is patriciacamf at hotmail dot com.

Is there a scorpions song simple enough to practice basic chords? I´m having a hard time trying to memorize the positions and even the names hehehe I was thinking maybe a song could help me...

You should start with You And I. I think it's quite an easy song to memorize positions, names and so on.
If you need any help, shout haha

YEAHHHHHH

I knew you could do it, dear! Yeeeeeees, give me five, now o/ hahaha
That's right, you'll need some time to get it better, you know?
Another cool song really nice for beginners is "wish you were here", a classic from Pink Floyd.

And about your right hand: a cool way to work on the rhythm is play the song while listening to the music. Its gonna teach your hadn how to go on the rhythm, you know?

The best thing to do is choose some ballads. They always have a slow style, what hepls you to learn how to get velocity. And keep on practicing, this is the only way to play fine

And I'm really proud of you, congratulations!
And don't worry about your fingers, make sure that they can also become "green" if you play too much, non stoping, hahaha

yeaaahhhh \o

I´m very impressed with myself. I though I didn´t remember the chords, but I do a little, and I´ve practice more today. I tried to play Ave Maria no Morro and it worked out ok. There are some chords I don´t know, and can´t really play cause my fingers don´t get that way  I think I gotta stretch my fingers....hehehe

And my fingertips...well, they´re kindda numb right now LOL
