Acoustic guitar: Beginners.

Hi Richard! Nice to meet you too!

and Emilie, thx for the tab! I tried to play it, but my guitar is not well tuned so I don´t know if I actually got it or not, plus I´m still not good at changing chords :(

I´m a bit disappointed with myself cause I haven´t been practicing as much as I wanted to, therefore, I haven´t been improving much.

I need some tips on how to tune my guitar, I use nylon strings. Since they are new, they get out of tune easily.. so if you know any tutorials or youtube videos, i´d appreciate it!
♫♪ And how can I live without you? You’re such a part of me and you’ve always been the one keeping me forever young. And the best is yet to come!♫♪

Hello, everybody there!

Well, I play guitar since I was 11. I play and sing in two bands, unfortunaly one of them is in hiatus because of missing time.
The other is still alive, but from a year to now I had to stop playing furiously as I used to do. I'm trying to get a place at a university, so I needed to stop and study even a loooot.
I would like to know if there's somebody here who knows how to play "du bist so schmutzig". I just get the solo, but I can't decifrate the base, neither find a tablature or chords.
Can anyone help me on that?

Thanks a lot,
Keep on rocking!

Unfortunatly I had to uit my classes, at least for a while...my life is so complicated now... ever since I´ve robbed is like my world falls apart every time i go out in the street.... besides that, I´ve got so much work to do, It the end of the term, and I´ve got so many tests ans extra classes to give, I´ve been so tired.....

Hey, Scarlet. I'm sad and also worried to know that you've been robbed. But you'll feel fine soon, I'm sure (: (first because I guees it happened such a "long" time ago, right?)
Are you teacher? What do you teach?

Try to take a rest... It will be nice for you. (:
And... happy new year!

hi Amanda!
yes, it happened a few moths ago...coincidently I´ve been thinking about it a lot during this week, I don´t know why, and now you brought it up to...it´s kindda weird hehe But being robbed is a trauma that just sticks to you and you gotta learn how to deal with it I guess. Move on and try to be more careful.
I am a teacher and I teach English at Yazigi. I love it! :D
I´m now considering not only guitar lessons but also vocal lessons this year. Teaching takes a lot of my voice. Last semester I lost my voice and had to stay home and not speak for a whole week. It was terrible. One of my music teachers told me vocal lesson would be good to learn how to use my voice in the classroom and control it well. Plus, I´d love to sing hehe
Let´s see how it goes..
And happy new year to you too!!

I'm so sorry, I never mean to make you feel bad, pls, I'm sorry.
:(

That's good! Well, I'm not a teacher... but I teach some subjects for people from High School, as a complement, you know? Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math...and, sometimes, a little help in English for kids  haha

Uhm, it's gonna be okay. And also a good thing for you to start singing! I never studied to play the guitar, neither to sing... Of course, I always wanted... But I never had money enough, hehe. So, my brother and I started doing it together, training, training and training... and so here we are, with our band for more than 6 years :)
Good luck with your voice, and don't forget the water, okay? Eat an apple at the breakfast is a good help, as well. :)

No you didn´t make me feel bad, I´m just saying it´s a coincidence. Sorry if I gave you the wrong idea of it.

My brothers plays the guitar, both acoustic and electric. There were times I would ask him to teach me but he´s not a good teacher...he´s got no patience hehe
I´ve never had that much money to pay for classes either, that´s why I´m still planing to do these things. I gotta be sure I´ll be able to pay for the classes, though I´m also considering to learn the guitar alone. I just never have the time to practice and that sux!!! Whenever I have nothing to do, I just feel to exhausted to do anything else but lie on my bed and watch tv hehe

It´s really nice that you teach a bit of everything, you must be really intelligent! When you say "as a complement" do you mean as a tutor or private teacher?! is teaching something you want to do for life? Just curious hehehe

Oh thanks for the apple tip...i didn´t know about it..how does that help?

Oh, so, that's okay,I feel fine, now, haha! :)

Uhm, we play both guitars, as well^^".
My brother never had patience enough, but we used to play together and so we learned a lot together. And we also play other instruments... My brother plays officially the bass and he is the lead singer. Well, we both are lead singers - each one in each songs, but most of them, duets. :D And I officially play the guitar, sometimes rhythm guitar and sometimes lead guitar.

I know that's too hard to keep both courses together. But sit down and think which may be the best one for you. In my experience, I guess it's better if you play the guitar all by yourself. The cool side of it is that you're going to discover many things teachers don't teach you - well, I'm saying what friends of mine used to say.
But choose what's the best for your mind and health!

Haha, no... I just have to study a lot, 'cause I wanna be a doctor. That's a dream
Uhm, as a private teacher. But I've already wanted to be a teacher. It's something I really like and I feel so fine when someone comes to me and say "heey, I got and A in Physics! ". I use to teach since I was at the 7th grade :)

Well, the apple works as a cleaner to your vocal strings. It takes all away the dirty bars and makes you feel better to sing. It's not 100% cleaner, but believe, it helps a lot, because of its alcaline properties. :D

Interesting, all very interesting!
Hey, maybe sometime you´ll work at a teaching hospital and be a Medicine professor ;) Teaching is great, because if you know something so well, why not share it? And yeah, when someone comes to you and say they understood the subject, got good grades at school, etc, it feels awesome! Last week I got a text message on my cell phone, from a student, and he was just thanking me for everything...that felt great! It´s so nice to know you´re helping somebody, that you have a part in somebody´s life like that.

Well, I´m gonna try that apple thing, it sounds very interesting and I´m sure it could help me. Plus, I need to eat healthier food anyway... LOL

Yeaaah, maybe!
But there are still so many things I'd like to study, as languages. This year, I'll try lots of Universities again. In one of them I choosed languages - German and Russian. I love to speak and I love different languages  maybe I'll become German or Russian teacher! But, of course, first of all, I wanna be a doctor. Actually, I'm choosing this course of languages to be ready to face Russia and Germany again. My plans are to study in the Sechenov Academy, in Moscow. And then, come back to Germany to finish some studies of my area... Best of all is that I may be speaking crazy languages, man! That's soooo cool, hahahahaha

Oooh, isn't that nice?! I'm sure you felt so fine reading this message! You know, as you said, you're a part of that. And there's nothing better than to know you helped someone and this one is glad about it. :D

Hahahaha I also have to eat so much more healthier food, I don't wanna suffer with my estomach again, c'mon! gastritis sucks!

ohh luckly I don´t have any problems with my stomach but I have to be careful anyway.
Well, now that the Carnival is over, i think I´ll start a new diet hehehehe

Languages are great!!! I have plans to learn other languages as well, and to travel the world and actually use those languages hehe I hope your plans work out! Studying Moscow must be a great adventure, I´m sure their system is a lot different from ours (certainly better)
