I can't wait for the concert ! I found out today and in 5 minutes I've decided to skip one day from school and from work to go ! I have never been to Craiova before but I hope I will manage not to get lost and to stay in front ! I am so happy !!! I have been last year to Sibiu and I have stayed in the first row. It was awesome and I hope I will enjoy the same or more in 2 days !
By the way, is anyone from Bucharest that goes to Craiova ? It would be fun to go with more people !

I bought yesterday tickets for the train and today at 12:45 I'm leaving ! If everything goes right and the train won't delay I will be in Craiova at 3:30 ! I can't wait for tonight to come ! From the station I will go directly to the park and hopefully I will get a spot in the first row !

Have a happy evening at the show...I was also in the frontline in Sibiu last year and I got to meet them at the Ramada hotel...well only Klaus...I'm so sad I couldn't leave my work this time. I live far away from Craiova. Enough said, I'm already mad about this again....Have fun at the show and come back in here once it's over...

It was awesome !!!! I'll write a review and manage the pictures after I came back from work and school. I've shot in raw mode and I need some time to transform 4 GB of pictures in jpeg !
After 3 hours of sleep now I really got to go to school. And maybe do my homework to in the bus ! )

So.. here I am again. I am not good at technical reviews so I will talk only of what I've seen and felt. Before Scorpions came on the stage another band sang a lot of well known songs to get the people into the mood. Even if the day was sunny, after the sun went down it got really cold. I had 3 blouses on me and I was still cold.
I was at the place of the concert from 4 so I stayed in the first row. Near me there was a boy that also came from another town and that had a banner. It was the flag of Romania and with "Happy birthday Matthias" written on it. It was a long waiting from 4 to 8:30 but it was worth every minute.
When Scorpions came on stage, everybody was shouting their name. The first song was, of course, Hour 1. After that everything went crazy (in a good way, of course). People were dancing and singing and raising their hands and yelling. It was an amazing atmosphere ! I remember that at a point I climbed on the fence to look back and all I could see were lots and lots of people feeling good. After 3 songs, all the press was asked to leave. I remember that at Sibiu I had some problems with the people that stood in front of me just because they were from the press or they had friends between the organizers. This time there was nobody in front so I could take some very good pictures ! Quite early Kalus started to throw drumsticks to the public. I couldn't catch one but I caught a guitar pick signed by Pavel ! I have another one signed by Rudolf from Sibiu. At the end of the show there were persons that had 3 or more drumsticks which I consider it was rude...
The concert was awesome, just like I expected to be ! I think it was better from the one from Sibiu ! Of course, I don't think there were so many people as at Sibiu, because the space was smaller. But I loved it !!! At one time during the concert I got "eye connection" with Klaus and I was like.. wow !
I arrived back home this morning at 5:30 am, with no voice, pain in my legs, cold in my bones but a big (or maybe should I say huge) smile on my face and in my soul !

wow....after I read your story I saw myself again in Sibiu last year...the boy with the banner was Andrei from Brasov...I've also met him in Sibiu...I'm glad he made it to the show and I hope Matthias saw that banner. Nice pictures, thanks

Yes, he was from Brasov ! I didn't got his name. We just talked for... 4 hours ) but we didn't told our names.
Matthias saw the banner ! At the end Klaus pointed to the banner and they all looked at it !
