The idea of a Scorpion cruise sounds like a perfect plan!!!!! I live in a city where we have a lot of cruise ships that come here for a day & then move on. But this topic also makes me very sad, because- like all the ships that come through here, I could never afford to go on the trip. So all I can hope for, is that you come here for a few hours & you can wave at the crying, pathetic fool waving at you all from the shore!!!!!!!lol

I just got an email today from Carnival:

Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man Cruise" sets sail Thursday, January 8, 2009 for 4 days on board the Carnival Destiny. The cruise will depart from Miami and make a stop in Half Moon Cay before returning January 12.

Lynyrd Skynyrd will be joined by southern rock greats .38 Special, Marshall Tucker Band, Molly Hatchet and dozens more!
Prices start at just $599*.

Get on board the ninth voyage of The Rock Boat, sailing on the Carnival Destiny. The cruise departs Miami on January 17, 2009 and will make stops in Nassau and Half Moon Cay before returning on January 22, 2009.

Sister Hazel hosts the event, and will be joined by Tonic, Cowboy Mouth, Hanson, Zac Brown Band, and over 20 other bands!
Prices start at just $749*.

Get ready for the best four days of your life as you sail with John Mayer and friends from San Pedro, CA to Cabo San Lucas. You'll sail from March 27, 2009 to March 31, 2009 onboard the Carnival Splendor.

John Mayer will be joined by Guster, O.A.R., Martin Sexton, and more!
Prices start at just $849*.
The old days were the old days. And they were great days. But now is now.

Now this would rock. I love the Scorpions. I would never want to leave the ship, that might be a problem though  Come sail away, come sail away with me.

I'm sailing away
Set an open course for the Scorpion's to see
For I've got to be
Be where the Scorpions are playing in-front of me
On board Klaus is the captain
So climb aboard
Fans search for tomorrow
On every shore
And we'll try, oh Lord, well try
We can't go on
