How to download pics to gallery??

Hi WEBMASTER!!! I have some PICS and video from the Costa Mesa show- How do I download them into the FANPICS Gallery. I am computer illiterate!!! :lol:

AND MY ALBUMS AND PICTURES DESAPPEARED...I HAVE NONE PICTURE THERE ANYMORE :roll:
