It's because you can put your own picture on the forum.
Go to your profil click on avatar and choose your own picture and upload it.

I hope you can understand what I mean.

Like Roberta told you on the other topic, you shoud resize the pic first using either imageshack or some other place where you can "handle" pictures. I myself have paint.net .
