PM at the outbox

All the private messages I'm sending are been stuck at the outbox and I can't see it at the sent messages. I think people are not receiving this. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to find something to send the messages at the outbox but I didn't find, I though it was because my box was full, but now it's almost empty :-/
