I'm glad they finally fixed it, it was tricky getting across if I remember correctly. Anyways, it will be nice to see everyone again. Jaeger is my drink of choice and I plan to have plenty of it there...hehehe...

WOW! What can I say, it looks like a partaaayyyy! Don't worry about the flag,l I will have it to you by the L.A. show! By the time it gets to Reno, the Scorps are gonna be delighted to see it for the fourth time! woohoo
I am going to be new to this so be gentle! LOLOL I hope to keep up with ya all. I sure hope 4 pm is gonna be enuf time, Paula and I are gonna need help getting me to the front where Matthias is!! Any volunteers?? I am sooo ready for this, have been for quite some time. WOW!!

I had an idea and posted it (was it here?) about taking turns standing in line so that we DO get to the front when the doors open!!!! That way we aren't all cooking in the sun all at once (I live in the desert, and if you aren't used to it-well let's just say you don't wanna end up looking and feeling like a raisin from lack of water-it is very arid here-you don't really sweat or notice you are dehydrated-and heat stroke is NOT funny. If we take turns we can still have a lot of fun before the show-and no one ends up in line for hours (we all know how much that sucks!!)

I'm SO READY for this-and for me? Scorps shows #25 (LA) #26 (Indio) and #27 (Vegas ) THREE Scorps shows in a week-OMG it doesn't get better than this- YEE-FREAKIN'-HAW!!!!!!!!!

Vegas is gonna wonder what the hell blew into town and rawked the place by the time we all leave-heeheehee!!

Annie, you must have missed the topic where I posted that Paula and I are going to be staying across the street at the Comfort Inn, along with some other FOSers that have booked rooms over there. We figured that ppl can run over there for breaks and stuff. kay?
Yes we are gonna rawk that part of town anyway! woohooo This will be my FIRST concert Annie, so I am a virgin and I am gonna be right there at the stage in front of Matthias so he can welcome me to my first Scorps show!! (He already knows I'm coming) So, for it to be my first show and to be with all you die-hard FOSers will be something I will never forget. Somebody just make sure you get my picture at the concert so I can prove I was there! LOL Cuz I am gonna feel like it was just a beautiful dream when I get back home to reality!!
BTW when I lived in Arizona some years back, I got heatstroke and it was horrible! So we will have plenty of water, plus running over to the hotel for extra water and ice will help! AND getting out of the heat from time to time. There will be plenty of FOSers there to keep us in the front of the line! Also Paula will have her FOS flag that we will rally around, so....woooohaaaaa Can't wait!!

I think I might have missed that? That's GREAT-as we take turns we have somewhere to cool off, chat and have fun!

Your FIRST!-how totally cool! (I'm excited for you!) Oh we'll take pix, no doubt about that...

My first Scorps show-(back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth!) - I was absolutely blown away!

Believe me when I say that you have good reason to be so excited-you are in for the rawkin' time of your life!

Annie, to give you a little more info, I have loved the Scorps since 1984. But due to reasons that are too numerous to post, I have never seen them til now!! I am 52 and I feel like 20, knowing I will be seeing my fave group of all time finally after all these years!! I am going to try to get a camera into the venue and take pictures of the band of course but hoping that some of our group can also take pics at different parts of the stage (Rudolf's side, Klaus in front, etc) AND of each other in the crowd. I will have extra batteries and extra memory chips so I don't run out of anything to stop the picture taking. Just as long as I don't lose my camera in the crowd!! hahaha This is beyond a dream, this is Nirvana to me!!! Thnx to all of you that have made me come alive again!!!

I'm only about 10 yerars behind ya! Oh my gawd are you gonna have a blast!!!!!!!!!!! RIghteous is a total understatement!

Far as I know, you will be able to get your camera in, it's not like the old days anymore when you got nailed for having one...only to trudge all the way back out to your car to put it back (I'm sure a lot of ppl are nodding their heads thinking about those days!!)

And Paula!!!-yep, old skool scooter ridin' Ladies will be at your side-heehee!!!!!

OMGosh I didn't know Annie was a biker chick!! wooohooo LOL You go girl!!!! The only difference is, my wheels are a chair now instead of a sled! But I will ride again someday. Annie did you know that when Paula and I hit Reno they will be hosting the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Rally at the same time??? I will be taking plenty of pictures of scooters if I have time!! After all, we are going to be hittin the ground runnin cuz we are coming in the same day as the concert, have to get into our hotel room, get over to the venue, etc etc. Fortunately we will have FOSers there keeping our place if we are running late! Paula, you are very much a scooter chick in my opinion! You follow the same creed; respect and get respect. Right? Love ya!
