Maybe you haven't the program "realplayer" , or you have an old version.
Try to look on the official site of Realplayer and download the free program.
The site should be (but i'm not sure) http://www.real.com

I did that and watched the clip...but it's the same part of music and the picture is bad....is it like this fr everybody??? and Klaus doesn't sing

yes it´s only a one riff that comes again and again.....only a little taste......
but the picture should be good......I have no problems with the oicture

I don't like the video on the homepage. Maybe put it somewhere else? This slows the whole site down to much. Think user friendly!

If you don't have adsl, if your internet connection is slow, you'll have sound (bad quality) and almost no image... With adsl, the sound is very good, and you can put video in fullscreen !
