I heard a song from the Deep Purple Album "Scandinavian nights". It's called "Hard Road (Wring that neck)". It's been 34,22 minutes playing. Wwwwwooowwww, what a long song, but not my favorit!!!!!!

The longest song I've heard is Jethro Tull's Thick As A Brick. I'm not sure if it's quite as long as your song, but it is a masterpiece

Well...I don't remeber...the first song in my mind that is pretty long is a three-songs-song...hehehehe....that one in the Moment of Glory that Scorpions played Crossfire, He's a woman she's a man and Dynamite...it's more than 10 minutes...i don't remeber...

When I saw Peter Frampton a couple years ago, when he played "Do You Feel Like We Do"...it lasted for 45 minutes. It was good...but LONG!!!!!

yeah, Moment Of Glory (beautifull indeed) is quite long too but i guess it was Stairway To Heaven , from Led (more than 8 minutes if i do remember it well)... anyway, the music that always left me with the impression of never ending at all is the Intermezzo from Mascagni... does anybody know it??!.. well, as matter of fact, it's an area from the Cavalleria Rusticana's opera but still the same feeling of "never ending' everytime i listening to it!!! great experience!

what about any ganesis ( early stuff )or pink floyd or yes n marillion track forgotten sons , or rush 2112 aint it a concept lp too many bands have done long tracks the who for instance most of their tracks last 6 mins plus ,i dunno even maiden have done a few and would you count the war of the worlds album , but i think ide give the crown to pink floyd or yes

The longest I heard recently was "Home by the Sea" by Genesis, from a concert, about 18 minutes long. But they had longer songs in their early yearsSupper's Ready" is like 30 minutes or so, including the intro by Peter Gabriel on the "Lamb..." album (1974). They usually have at least one long song on all their albums, or a couple of songs that are played together continuously.

Dream Theatre: Six degrees of inner turbulence is an album that contains 2 Cds. The second one has got an epic song that lasts 45 minutes!!!
Mike Oldfield also did an album (tubular bells II) that contains only 2 songs!! Can you imagine how long are they?

Has any one heard about the old Arab singers(from 1960s and 70s) like Abdullhaliem Hafez and Umm Kulthoum.....ofcourse not their songs lasts more than 1 hour they repeat it again and again and again ...I don't know how the people loved them
any way about the English song Rare Earth's song "get ready" is 22 mins...is it long enough
