a problem in Kernel32.dll means more or less this "MICROSOFT SUCKS!"
that file is one of the most important files there is for your Windows to operate.
If you really want to use IE6, reinstall your Windows. This works in 95% of the cases. If you're one of the unlucky 5%, format your hard drive and install Windows.
BUT if you don't want to do all that, just get yourself another browser.
Atleast Opera, Netscape and Mozilla are good choices but there are plenty of browsers to choose from.
I use opera from http://www.opera.com
