ugly flus and colds!

so there are ugly flus and colds out this year..i caught this nasty cold with this ugly non stop cough that turned into 2 ear infections that caused my ears to fill up with fluids...it started out so bad i had to go to the emergency room at 7 pm and didn't get called back til 3 am and discharged at 4 am...they put me on an antibiotic called amoxicillin and i have to spray flonase nasal spray in my nose to help get rid of the fluid build up in my ears...i hope this all ends soon so i can get some real sleep ya know!

gosh Gemini...i'm really sorry to hear this...yeah this year there's a really strong flu all over the world me and my family also couldn't escape it - thanks God not so seriously as in your case, but still I had to take antibiotiks to get rid of an aggrivation of it... get well soon Gemini!

Haven't been ill yet .. already dealing with another issue
I will leave my advice though
Eat properly .. take a muti-Vitamim and a B-complex once a day .
Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer ... avoid ppl that cough and sneeze ...
exercise when you can .. visit a sauna once a week to sweat toxins from your body or soak in Epsom salts for 20 minutes ..
And get plenty of sleep ...

you always give the best advices and they always work (when we follow them ) but hey! i have started to sleep earlier, really!

Gemini, it is also the case here in Lebanon, flu and colds are nasty ones, where u dont recover easily and it takes all the time! I have started with a bronchitis by the beginning of December and kept suffering from its leftovers til few weeks ago when a new flu hit me! I also took antibiotics (Augmentin) and had to use the spray called Flixonase...and its like everyone is contaminating each other and it has become a cycle, a never-ending one! yours seems even more annoying (anything that involves the ears feels more annoying to me than anything else!!!)..get well soon

Gem, I am so sorry for your ugly flu.
Yeah, the situation is the same in Hungary as anywhere else, allthough fortunately I haven't caught it yet.
