So, if it has not yet been posted here... Why not writting here everything that could give us positive thoughts, or make us simply , or or feel ?

- a book
- a beautiful history,
- something comic which happened to you, or that you have seen (perhaps with a photo ?) or heard
- something you read and which made you laugh, or made you feel good
- a quote from a wise man or woman
- your own philosophy to feel good

etc..

Please give me your opinion about that

Oh !! I love this ....and no , it hasn`t been discussed before , at least since I have been here ...

I will search for some media to back up my words

but hey !! there`s a lot of stuff who fills me with energy and positive thoughts ..... spending time with my son, the sun !! , a beautiful sunset, a walk with my dogs , talking with friends , even my work !! I`m so lucky ..people likes to sit at the office and actually share with me their stories ! ..... writing here ,and having the chance to getting to know people from all parts of the world who are walking along with me the road of life and with whom I get in touch through all the means we have in spite the distance ....music of course

My own philosophy to feel good.... I`m always looking for new things, I love to talk and trust people , and even if I might have experienced some confusing situation lately , I don`t regret about it, all is helpful, as long as it makes you feel, and be sure your senses are wide awake !!

I'm like you and Phuong : watching for the sky and listen to music.. and there are many other things which make me feel good : spending time with my son & my daughter or with my friends, laughing with them
A sunny day, walking in nature or at the beach with my dog, the purr of my cats , a beautiful sunset, discovering a new place, new cool people, and now I'm happy, by the return of the Scorpions in my life and to be here in the forum to discuss and laugh with you ......
I'm attentive to all good things life could offer me, ever trying to appreciate the present moment, and to face difficulties by thinking that after the bad times, good times always come back
