I made a good cake yesterday, a beautiful twelfth-night pancake with almond paste?or galette with frangipane ?(In French: Galette des rois à la frangipane!) I don't know how to say exactly in English ? but I'll eat a big piece this midday! I love almond paste! Yum! Yum!
