Today I read that Michael Kamen dead yeaterday. As you know Michael was conductor of the Metallica "S&M". It's sad news.

I've heard it on wedensday and i was shocked. The project with Metallica was great. A great musician is gone. Very sad.

did you know that the scorpions record a song with him way back in the 90´s ... he was the first guy that the scorpions aproach to do the orquestra thing but he cust to much and he moves later to metallica...
i wonder whend they piblish the song

Oh, it's sad news! He worked together with Pink Floyd too at the early 70's. ...I'm so sorry!!!

Im Sorry too!
He worked on Tom Petty& the Heartbreakers cd Wildflowers(1994) and She's the one (1996)he was a great conductor and musician.

This is so sad, orchestra is such beautiful music and Michael Kamen was awesome.
