MICHAEL IS RUNNAWAY FROM THE COPS FACING CHILD ABUSE ACUSATION...
damm is this time true or what?
because in portugal we are facing a mega process agaisnt child abuse and there are political persons tv presentors adn many more famous people in that ....

Sandra, Michael faced these same charges 10 years ago, but was never taken to criminal court because the boy involved refused to testify. His family filed a civil suit against Jackson, which was settled for an undisclosed and I'm sure an obscene amount of money. The boy in this case is more than willing to testify against Jackson last I heard. The authorities in Santa Barbara, CA have already served a search warrant at Jacksons home and are now negotiating his surrender (What a joke, if it was anyone else they would have hunted them down and dragged them off to jail) This man is a pedophile plain and simple and he must be stopped. I can't even imagine how many others he's molested and gotten away with it. Hopefully is next address will be one of the fine correctional facilities in the state of California, hooked up with "Bubba".

but he face only 3 years in jail 3 year if he his considered guilt ...3 years thats a fukkking joke ...
damm law 3 years and he his out? i mean i respect his work in the music cene but 3 years comon punish all the pedophile with a strong hand

I think since it's a felony in California that can land him about 10 years in prison, but it's still a joke! come on, 10 years?!

I really do hope the allegations are untrue for the child's sake. Such a talented guy too.

If it is true I think they should make him bunk with Mike Tyson WHEN he returns to the slammer.

NUNO, I also heard he could face three years if convicted but that is for EACH count of child molestation. I can't remember how many counts have been filed but it is more than one. That could mean some serious jail time if convicted. In my opinion it could never be long enough for such a crime.

If it’s true he is very sick and I hope he gets the worst punishment possible. Anything less than a very long sentence would be unjust. The fact that he paid substantial amounts to others in the past in exchange for their silence makes his plea of innocence doubtful, but you never know until all the facts are in and he gets his case heard.

To me it is the worst crime.......molesting a child...........if it`s true, and it sure is headed in that direction.....he needs to be locked up and the key thrown away....where in the hell were the parents of these kids...they need to do some time as well......It`s all about the money .......believe that.

It's very sad to think a man with that much talent and gift and achievement would turn up to be a criminal....
It's very sad if he is really guilty...
It will be so horrifying if he is being acused of something he didn't do...for the money he has or for his fame or..who knows...
I think many other people or things about show business are very guilty in a way... I often wonder when they breathe their breath of their own. It feels like people (in general) keep chasing the "stars" up to the end of high pole and stars don't have choice but to keep crimbing up and up. People would enjoy every move star makes up there. If they see him falling, they would enjoy watching him fall as well...
IF he is guilty he should be found so and be punished, of course.

Still I can't stop wondering, ... Why would those parents allowed their children to keep visiting him knowing what he was acused of before???? Did it have to be "sleep over" to have fun with Michael?

Michael should have kept his old "real" looks..he looked much more healthier then..... What made him change himself into something that different from him own self????

I totally agree with lovedrive69, that whatever it is, is a freak. It must be nice to just post your own 3 million dollar bail, and go back to Las Vegas. Can I say it again , it's a freak

I heard from my new's chanel and i quote that if he is found guilty he will face 8yrs for every person that come's foward admitting to this sexual abuse toward them,,,and with this 3 million **** ya think he's really got it from what I have heard he's almost broke and his neverever land there are so many leins on it,. I my self thinkhow could he possably be to the point of broke.WAS that a monkey?
