Simultanously two differ stiles, as always:

1. The fourth/last part of Dr. Newton's book (Journey of your souls, regression between lives), this part is mainly for psichotherapeutists, but it is quite interesting for average people, too.

2. I am starting to read a famous, hungarian novel from the 70s today.

The book calls “Rasputin” E.Radsinskiy – very interesting historical thing, I have read it several times, if some of you will have an opportunity to read it in translation – I recommended it to you!!!

Afailed girl by a hungarian female-writer from the 60s.
It is a quite interesting novel, and a strict critic of the hungarian society of the 60s, it was the "golden age" of the communizm, and the writer introduces the dark side of it through a poor family's life.

I have finished the Dr. Newton book, and haven't chosen anything instead of it yet, because it is a difficult thing to read anything else after him.
Ok, but I will choose something psichology, or philosophy, I have so many books in the subjects.

Yeah he is! I've read his Paper Money, Whiteout and The Needle, very interesting :D

As for me:
1. Dear Dumb Diary 3 - Jim Benton (actually it's a collection of his 3 latest stories of the series)
2. The Popcorn Pirates - Teacher Trouble - The Banana Machine - Alexander McCall Smith
3. Das Parfum - Die Geschichte Eines Mörders - Patrick Süskind. A breath-taking story!!!

I read just four novels of his, I don't know the exact English tittles of all, but:

1. The cathedral, (it was brilliant),

2. The world without ending (for me it wasn't as so exciting as the cathedral),

3. Abowe the Ocean, (but I retranslated it from Hungarian, I didn't see the original English tittle), it was a funny, cute story.

4. His famous story, which happens in the Second worldwar.
I would like Failure of titans, if it is the original tittle, sorry lol.

Now, I will start a new book, I haven't chosen from my huge collection yet.
I finished a very good, but very hard novel by a hungarian writer last night.
Tittled something like: Just my own.

Gabi, the book about the cathedral is so interesting. It's my favourite, too. I've been working about gothic cathedrals during one year for school and while writing the work I've read this book. It's a beautiful story, really :) I'm advising my mother to read it but she says it's too long  I'm the only one who reads in my house
Now I'm reading the next part, world without end. I've only read 100 pages, it's nice too but I think I will also prefer the one about the cathedral :)
By the way, they made a serie about the first book. Did you see it? I don't know if it has been translated in Hungary. I had to watch it in Spanish because in French it's not translated :)

In my family my mom used to love reading, my sister likes it, too, but she is too tired after a long day, so she reads just a few pages, or a newspaper before falling asleep.
Reading is my passion besides listening to music, so I read as I can.
I enjoy reading instead of watching TV in the evenings.

I chose a cute book, it is a light-stuff, a modern fairy tale for adults lol.

In the last couple of months I've read two books of modern Russian writer Victor Pelevin "Generation P" (translated as "Babylon") and "Chapayev and Void" (translated as "Buddha's Little Finger" or "Clay Machine Gun"). Both are a breathtaking mix of reality, hallucinations and dreams... with a great deal of deep thought about Russian people and Russia in general. The author is no doubt talented.
I've also read "Silence of the Lambs" and "Hannibal", though couldn't make myself read "Hannibal Rising" and "Red Dragon"...
What else? "The Investigation" by Stanislav Lem... Oh yes! "Pride and Prejudice" of course! It was pleasing to read those refined conversations. :)
I'm still reading "Watching the English" - pretty engaging book I must say...
Even crematoria need international affairs managers..

Voices from Chernobyl:The Oral History of a Nuclear Disaster by Svetlana Alexievich it's a really good read it features interviews from firefighters, liquidators, politicians, physicians, physicists, and ordinary citizens who had first hand accounts of their experiances of the Chernobyl disaster
Nobody knows the band Grand Funk? The wild, shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher? The competent drum work of Don Brewer? Oh, man!
