Red:My Uncensored Life in Rock by Sammy Hagar now South of the Border, West Of The Sun by Haruki Murakami
Nobody knows the band Grand Funk? The wild, shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher? The competent drum work of Don Brewer? Oh, man!

"One flew over cuckoo's nest" by Ken Kesey. The book and the movie differs as much as heaven and hell. The book is certainly more deep and thoughtful. It describes not only the opposition of two people, but takes it to a much higher level. People are trying to withstand the pressure of the whole social system.
I should give it a second read, but not now...

Galya, I so like the Kesey novel, it is really deep-meaningful to make you thinking.
In my opinion, books are always much more deeper than their movie-covers, it is one of my reasons to prefer reading to watching movies.

Uh, I have had a kinda "light-period" of reading recently, nothing serious.
I have read another hungarian novel, a cute one about a young couple, how to get to use living together after their wedding, the novel is tittled: Stormy Heaven.

Now the good, old master King again, I am reading a collection of his shortstories now.
It's brilliant lol. I admire his rich ability of fantasy, like his caracter-depiktion, and gess what? his sense of humor, too.
If you don't take his stories seriously, you can amuse very good.

For me his poetry is too depressive, I don't like his stories.
