Let me share a little about myself for some of you who may not know me!
I am a Disabled Veteran of the US Army. I was awarded Two Army Achievement Medals, One Good Conduct medal, One National Defense Service Medal, One Global War On Terrorism Medal and the Army Service Ribbon. I have worked with units from the Special Forces and Rangers and I have also trained as a Scuba/Deep Sea Diver. I joined the Army because of my love for freedom, something I hope we all can share someday, not for a love of war!
I dislike politics!
If you'd like to know more let me know!
No leave something about yourself!!!
A very glittering career you've had there Clyv.
Can I ask (if it's not too personal a question), I'm only curious but you say you're a 'Disabled Veteran of the US Army'?
Is you're disability from you're former job in the forces?
And if so, in what capacity?
I ask because my niece's husband is in the British Army and he has an injured foot, which means he can no longer take part in army 'activities', instead he has opted for a 'desk job' just to see out his 15 years service and receive his entitled pension.
Welcome to the forum, by the way!!!
