Those two songs are really good especially Speedy's Coming also some songs from the first album would be really good like In Search of The Peace of Mind. I'd also like to hear other 70's songs like Robot Man, Backstage Queen, Suspender Love etc :D . Also you are very welcome I completely understand what it's like for a family member to get ill and I a sure a good majority of the other forum members do too, It's never a good time like for me my uncle he was very ill for about a year so think like this that happen are unfortunite but we also must remember to try and stay positive no matter how hard it may be to do so.
Nobody knows the band Grand Funk? The wild, shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher? The competent drum work of Don Brewer? Oh, man!

Hi Anna welcome to the family, as you can see it's a really nice place and I'm happy as seeing more and more people come to be a part of it :D
And don't worry about your English! As you can see I and many people don't speak perfect English but it just has to be understandable and writing here can help you improve rapidly, have fun!

Yeah I love Metallica too! And you can also listen to Bullet for my Valentine, a really good band which is influenced deeply by them :D

That is one of the things I like about this forum.
I already discovered some nice music that I might have never checked otherwise.
Like BFVM, I only checked out because Phuong was talking so high of them.
Same with Kingdom Come, also recommended by someone here. :D If you like Led Zeppelin / Robert Plant you might also like them.

I love to discover new artists, new bands :D I'm conscious of the fact that in the world is plenty of fantastic music which I will never get to know... but every day I try to expand my musical horizons ;)

Hi Ania. Welcome aboard. :D The reason why I like your name is that it's written the same in many languages, so it's hard to misspell it unless you didn't hit the "n" button on the keyboard properly (right, Adriana? ).
Anyways, I'm glad sending you hugs from Russia. :D It was very funny to read that you've officially introduced yourself to this forum 3 months after registering. In fact, I haven't created my topic yet.  However, does anybody want me to do it now?

You've got a nice list of your "likes". I see you like mostly classic hard rock. Same with me. :D

Was that a hint?
And... Hans... You dared to compare LZ and Kingdom Come. The music of these bands is really different. Ok, Wolf and Plant both have high voices, but unfortunately since 1995 Lenny doesn't want to write songs where he can show his best (but damn, when performing live he sings like he's in studio)... Ah, Kingdom Come is one of 3 bands I'll never get tired of listening to. Their best albums are Debut (1988), In Your Face (1989), Bad Image (1993), Twilight Cruiser (1995) and Master Seven (1997). Hm..What else? James Kottak played with KC in 1988-89. And I adore their "Do You Like it" video.
Hm... I think need to go and check their forum, watch some photos and calm down not to post an endless fanatic message there.
Even crematoria need international affairs managers..

Oh no what have I done. Somehow I had a feeling you were going to react on this.
What excuse could I think of? Well, I was mainly referring to the vocals, they both have a very good voice.
And yes it was thanks to Galya that I have been checking out some songs of Kingdom Come, I otherwise never might have done that. I still have a lot to discover, but I really liked what I heard so far. :D

Hi Galya !! Sure .... Many times I find myself I`m typing without thinking too much, Ana is my mother`s name , I forgot to type a double n.
I`m sure I make a lot of worse " mistakes " though :D

Anna , how is your grandfather doing ? I read somewhere he was at home now, hope he`s doing well.

kisses

Hello Galya! :D
I like every version of my name: Anna, Ana ( ), Ania, Anka and my mother often calls me Annie
The list of my "likes" is looonger, I did not mention all of my favourite bands and artists ;)
I started to listen Kingdom Come a few years ago. I adore Lenny Wolf.
Galya, why don't you like their later albums? In my opinion "Perpetual" (2004) is a masterpiece from the first to the last second :)

hugs from Nysa to Novosibirsk :D
