I was wondering if you'd like to check out a couple of tracks by my band, the Adrenaline Kings. They were recorded live in Vienna a couple of weeks ago. The sound quality is admittedly not great, but I think you guys should be able to get an idea of what we're all about. It's very 80s influenced, as I'm a big fan of the Scorps and Whitesnake and all that stuff.

Another reason I'm posting this is because it was brought to my attention that the opening riff on one of the songs (When the Rain Comes Down) is pretty similar to Big City Nights. Please let me know if you guys think that's the case, and I'll certainly consider changing it - I don't want to rip anyone off, either consciously or subconsciously!

Hey Mattbro, I don't know how I missed this when you first posted it, but oh well. I just listened to When The Rain Comes Down--good song dude. I'm downloading the other song as I write this. You guys have a good sound, I like it. Let us know if ya put out a cd, I'll buy one in a heartbeat.

To answer your question: I think the opening riff to When The Rain Came Down is very similar to Big City Nights.

Glad you like the song. I have already changed the opening riff so it isn't quite so close anymore. And we will eventually put out a CD, altough it will be a few more months. We have tons of songs, all in that 80s style, with lots of guitar solos. I will certainly let you know when we have something to offer!
